Worst and most racist business ever!!!! Every time I go in there I feel as if the gentleman "helping" me has such a condescending and mean look on his face. I really feel racially profiled. Today I went there to make a purchase for my business and was as polite as I could be. Didnt negotiate the price, wasnt rude, was paying him in cash. Ive made previous purchases for my business from here and they harass me each time asking for my tax id info. I have provided them with it multiple times but they still "cant find it in their system" Whenever I am there. so all I asked the person to do was hold my purchase until I go to my business and bring him the tax id info so I dont pat tax twice and this guy just flips out on ME. Starts being really disrespectful and tells me he doesnt need my business and to leave the premises immediately. MESSAGE RECEIVED, AND DONT WORRY ME AND "PEOPLE OF MY KIND" WILL NOT BE GIVING ANY BUSINESS TO YOU. Thanks for finally being honest and showing your racist side to my face.

The door handle for the front door to my house stuck in the locked position. This happened 3 days before Christmas. We have a big Christmas Eve dinner with friends and family and this was the absolute worst time for this to happen. I tried everything including taking the hindges off the door but still could not get it to open. I have spare locks to replace but without the door open I was stuck.. I called the Lock Doctor for suggestions. I really couldnt afford a house visit so close to Christmas. He suggested I use pliers to twist the locking mechanism off and I could open the door. I did as suggested and violoa, the door opened. I really appreciate this act of kindness. Especially this time of year. They have earned me as a future customer. Thank you Lock Doctor

Great service! I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a message but instead the phone was answered by a live person who asked what the problem was! After describing the difficulty we were having, he suggested I try a little WD40 while he was on the phone just in case that would eliminate the problem. Bingo! The lock is as good a new. Now they could easily have charged us for a visit, but instead they helped us fix a problem and did it for free! A rarity these days but it speaks volumes about their integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks for the great service!

My experience was excellent. I received quick, polite, and courteous service. This is one of the few physical locksmith shops around and they know their stuff and the prices were great. I was helped on the phone the day before and then went in to have the work I needed done. I dont know what the guy saying it was racist is talking about. I will definitely be coming back for my key needs.
