We called to have our house locks changed after moving in to our new home. The technician changed his pricing for his labor no less than 5 times and added additional fees that werent discussed. He then quoted me $60 to have all the locks work with the same key but then charged $75 on the ticket. I felt extremely taken advantage of. Further, the locks they used were upcharged about $50 over retail after some research. Positives: quick and efficient. Negatives: ridiculously overpriced.
