In a word, Keith and the Team at Oak Ridge locksmith are PROFESSIONALS! Local folks who are kind, courteous and great at what they do. Keith, the owner, spent time explaining to me how the re-key process works and what problems he found in each lock. Better still, he fixed all the problems too! We had our grout cleaned while he was there and he used a barrier to work on the door to the deck - Bonus points with the wife!! All the keys were checked in EVERY SINGLE LOCK before he left. and they stand behind their work. We are in west Knoxville and they were there in no time, so dont think they just serve oak ridge....Thanks Keith!!!

Superior service!!!! Very polite, professional, and helpful!!! Brought my safe in, because I hid the key from myself, he went through all the possibilities and costs before he performed any service. In about an hour he had it open and new keys made, and it was done with the cheapest of the alternatives!!! I love supporting local businesses and would use this place again!!!

I went by with a sticky ignition in my truck, had to giggle the key to get it to start. My buddy advised me to get a new key made. Keith came out, lubed the ignition cylinder, and worked out the stickiness. He also took care of a troubled door lock too. No charge! Saved me about $60 by not making the key.
