Excellent service with a smile. I just moved and needed a re-key and some dead bolts installed. The service was fast and the price was lower than the other local companies I had called for a quote. To make things even better, like other reviewers have said, I also recieved a nice discount on the service. Being relatively new to the area, it was to have some personal recommendations for local restaurants as well! I will definitely be calling again with any problems that I have.

I could not be any happier with my experience. It was 7pm on a Saturday night, I was an hour away from home, and I locked my keys in the car. I was sure no one would be open. Thankfully, these fine people not only saved my bacon, but they did so professionally and without charging me an arm and a leg to do so. Both people I spoke with were very friendly and made my situation far less stressful than I thought it would be.

I called this morning and spoke with Ed, the owner. I had an issue with a condo mailbox and needed the lock changed. He took care of it earlier in the day and then met me after I got home from work to hand over the keys and make sure everything was working properly. Top notch customer service, and exceptionally reasonable prices. Id recommend Ed and his company without hesitation.

We gave them a call in the morning, they were out here within 2 hours and had our lock fixed in about 10 minutes, and when we got the bill it was only $95, and knocked some of that off for being a repeat customer. Completely rocked it out. Would recommend.
