Terrible customer service! Call office they take my information, one locksmith calls me 30 minutes later, says hes not good with dodge chargers hes going to call office. I call him back 30 minutes later he says he asked office to give to another technician. 10 minutes after that another technician calls and tells me $160 to replace my key due to it has to be programmed and key cost $65. Amazon has the key with the shell for $7.95. The programming and cutting of key is as easy as putting in a machine and hitting okay. 5 minute process for $160? Wow! What a rip off!

Someone tried to steal my car and jammed the ignition key slot. The guy came out and in less than an hour he had replaced it. He was courteous and professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services. It was way cheaper than I thought it would be and my car didnt have to get towed, which made me way more cheerful about the whole situation.
