Automotive Lockout & Locksmith Towing Service is quintessentially unprofessional. When answering the phone the gentleman said "yeah", and after I described my need ( I was out of town and had lost my car key) he said "call me back this afternoon, Im busy." I told him I would not be doing that. He then sent me a follow up text trying to get my business. At this point he knew he had screwed up, but rather than doing the right thing, he called to argue and give me unrequested financial advise. He was rude and passive-aggressive, all while trying to get MY BUSINESS! He continued calling and sending texts until I asked for his name. Im not a big believer in running to the Internet to complain, this is actually my first review, but people like this can not continue to conduct themselves in this way without consequences.

I was told they would be there shortly. I chose them because they were the closest lock Smith to me and i was in a hurry. Silly me forgot to ask a price. After 35 minutes he arrived. He didnt say much to me. Opened the vehicle, then returned to his truck and then handed me a $90 service bill. Two boxes checked on his form: call out fee $75 and fuel $15. These are ridiculous prices for a lock out service that was only 3 miles from their office. The competition only charges $55 in Ann Arbor. I will NEVER call these people again and Im spreading the word, unless youre looking to get taken advantage of, dont call these (favorite bad nickname).

I called to find out how much it cost to get a car unlocked and was told by the person on the phone that they really needed to get off the phone and that they wouldnt help me because the location of the car was in "too bad of an area" where there were "too many criminals" and that there were "better areas they could do business." Incredibly rude, terrible customer service. Sorry Im a poor college student who doesnt live in a safe, nice area....apparently.

Stay away at all costs! A scammer named Whitney operates this place. He used to be in Ypsilanti and got run out of there. Now he is in Ann Arbor and rebrands himself every few months because he has such a poor reputation. Just watch--this place will change its name at least twice a year but its still the same guy. He will cheat you with a smile, of course :) Thats customer service.

I called to find out the price for reprogramming a key pod for my car. I had a bad connection on my cell phone and was not sure I heard the price right. The response I got was "whats a matter, dont you like my f***ing price". As a matter of fact I didnt like his price or attitude. The price was thirty dollars higher than two dealerships I had called.

Been having a rough week, and when it rains it pours; my keys got locked in my car. I called these guys up around 3:40, someone was here at my apartment in about 30 mins or less. Took about 3 minutes and my keys were free! Super friendly and professional, and not as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Thank you! Helped me out tremendously!!

I called to get a locksmith to our 5 star business and the guy on the phone was unprofessional, then I received a text from them saying call eat a di#* locksmith. Called back then was mocked. Unprofessional and would not use them to clean up dog feces.

I called to look for service and I was called just about every name in the book and when I asked to talk to management I was told I wasnt talking to nobody and they proceeded to hang up. DONT GIVE THIS RAGTAG OPPERATION YOUR MONEY!!!!
