I absolutely I absolutely hated this place. When I got there the door was locked and it still had an hour and a half left till closing. Im not sure what the intended was doing but he came around after a couple minutes reached across the counter with a stick and unlocked the door. I told him I would like a new key for my Ford. he said he couldnt do it because it was raining outside right now. Im not sure what that really had to do with it because to program a new key you near to sit in the drivers seat and hook a computer up to it to allow it to happen. He told me he didnt want to get his computer went because it was worth $4,000. I think he was blowing smoke up my tail end. Instead I went over to mcelhaneys in downtown Toledo and they took Sara me right away. They had no problem going out my car in the parking lot plugging in their little computer and programming the new key. In fact the guy from horn called me while I was in there because I left a bad rating for him on his website. He wanted to reiterate that he did not want to get his $4,000 computer wet. But again mcelhaneys didnt have a problem going out there taking care of it for me. this guy advertises emergency service and repair of locks. Not sure how hes going to do that when he wont get wet

Tried having a key cut at a home goods hardware department .. didnt work as I took back key 4 times and finally asked for refund.. Then tried Horn Key. Got it done first time !! .. should have gone there the first time. Excellent work, quick friendly service!! Thank you!!
