Baked Brie

Illegally changes locks on businesses. This lock smith changed my former works locks with NO permission from a current owner. Amanda * was half owner and had the locks changed once before. Well her ex husband, the other half owner, got the lease put into his brothers name. Since it is no longer under the previous name, Amanda no longer owns half of the location. The lease is also not in her name nor the former companies name and she was banned from the property. Just two days ago she hired this lock smith company AGAIN to change locks on a business she DOES NOT OWN & is banned from. You people are awful!

I requested information on a fort knox safe from fort knox safes website. I am guessing that FK then gives my mailing info to a distributer near me. McElheney seems to have gotten my address and mailed not only the catalog but also a nice letter and a folder to keep it all in. He also threw a buisness card in there. It came in priority mail. Thank you for the hospitality. There are plenty of people out there who believe the little things dont matter. I will be buying from you in the future my friend.

I have them coming out now actually. Always been punctual, knowledgeable,and have gone out of there way to make sure you are satisfied.not just at my home but have seen theyre interaction with other costumers at the store as well.they also sell and program key fobs for your car my Chrysler had some special programming needs.much cheaper and faster than the dealership.

I attempted to contact them several times, they asked me to send an email with pictures for the work I needed done. I called back several times to see that they had received my photos, waiting on hold for long periods of time. I was hung up on the last time I called, and will not be wasting my time. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

I really like this place they had excellent service and took care of my lock needs. I actually came over from another place in Maumee where the locksmith refuse to go out in my car and program a new key because it was raining. The folks here at mcelhaney went out without a problem took care of me and had it done in 15 minutes.

Called and scheduled an appointment at 5:00, I had to be into my room because I had a business meeting the next day and was told that a technician would contact me to set up a time to meet........ I WAS NEVER CONTACTED!

Great people with helpful advice. You pay a little more than a big box store, but your keys will work. They also have a wide variety of locks and safes for sale.
