I ask them to make 2 copies of a simple house key - neither worked - drove back and they said that they were not cut quite right and recut them (same keys) - I also had them cut two additional for a total of 4 keys - none of them worked - I measured the keys at work and found that they were all cut deeper than the original - I give up - I thought Dave hired LOCKSMITHS - I think I will have better luck at the big box home improvement stores. It is truly a sad situation when a LOCKSMITH cannot copy a common key.

Germantown Village

Called to request locksmith services. I asked the person who answered the phone whats their name so I could address them properly with a greeting, then proceed with the nature of the call. The person said to me, "you dont need to know my name to ask questions about business, who does that?" Very rude and unprofessional. This company will NEVER receive our business
