I want to try and give this place the benefit of the doubt so thats why there are 2 stars. We did not do well here (lasted only 3 days). Our son was new to daycare as he had been home with me for 9 months. So of course there was going to be some adjustment. However, our expectations of caring for him were sadly not met. They have a live video feed in each room (no sound) and you would think with that service in place, they would be more conscious of their behavior. My son was left in a swing for 3.5 hours straight one day. He slept for 30 minutes during that time. So the other 3 hours he was left and practically ignored (occasionally the caregiver would come over to check on him and he was offered a bottle once). I should have called sooner to have him taken out of the swing but I guess I wasnt sure if he was asleep, or what the caregivers plan was. Ratio of teacher to child in infant room is 1 to 5 so I get that its not easy looking after 5 babies at once. So we mentioned to not leave our son in the swing for hours at a time, and to have him on the floor playing with toys and interacting more. The next day, he was in the swing for 2 hours and slept for only 15 min. When he was on the floor, he would reach out to the teacher and she would pick him up, plop him down facing my son away from her. This happened several times. At one point my son was in a stroller and she was moving it back and forth pretty vigorously - to the point that my sons head was moving around way too forcefully. On top of that, he wasnt strapped into the stroller as we found out when we picked him up (since he was still in it). So he could have fallen out and knocked his head on the floor. Thats when I pulled the plug and I unenrolled that day. I will say that the director did reach out to us to ask why we were leaving and mentioned that they were going to be making some changes. Thats great but there is clearly some disconnect with management and employees and whats happening in the room. I hope there is some improvement and Im sorry it didnt work out.

My chlidren and I love it here. The staff is absolutely awesome. I know when I drop off my girls theyre in great hands. My girls are always learning something new and doing educational activities. They love the summer camp program and look forward to the field trips. Just an all around great place. Id highly recommend Kiddie Academy to friends and family.

Great daycare, preschool, after-school programs, teachers, and an amazing summer program full of fun activities!!! Both my children have attended Kiddie academy and we have always had great experiences. Love the Christmas program they host, always a fav of mine.
