My family started using Day Heights Auto Service when we moved to Milford about 15 years ago. Every experience has been great and now DHAS is the only place I will take my car. They are always busy yet seem to finish my car faster than I expected. Jamie is great on the phone and in person and always provides the best customer service. I never feel like Jamie is trying to sell me on maintenance that seems unnecessary, and he is always up front about issues or estimates on when the car will be finished. I never feel like I’m being swindled. The pricing always seems reasonable to me, even to the point where I know other car places would have charged me for things that DHAS didn’t make me pay for. I have heard a lot of good things about DHAS from other people as well. I’m not a car buff at all but have run across people who work on cars themselves and DHAS is the only place they will take their cars, so I think that’s a very good sign. I don’t hardly ever write reviews but this place definitely deserves a good one. I highly suggest taking your car to Day Heights Auto Service.

Repair work seemed ok. Front counter customer service is horrible. They left my car unlocked and then when I complained the "owners son" who is "manager" of the store proceeded to roll his eyes at me and basically say I was being unreasonable to expect that my car be locked at all times. I have valuables in my car and Im pretty sure they have signs posted saying they are not responsible for break in and vandalism. But they seem to think it is ok if they leave your vehicle unlocked. This completely shows their attitude toward their customers and how they are not respectful of your property. I expect absolute care and responsible behavior when I leave my car at a repair shop. I will never go back there again.

Been going here for 10 years now with all my vehicles. Amazing service I have told them I think this might need to be fixed and come back and they say no that was ok didnt need to be repaired. Most every other mechanic would be like you were right that did need to be fixed and take your money. They stand behind their work and take care of you if something was wrong with a part. I got a bad set of break pads once they replaced them all and two rotors didnt ask me for a dime. I would not go any where else and neither will you when you start a relationship with them.

Getting your car worked on can be a stressful experience. I personally always worry about what other "problems" will suddenly be discovered that will require even more time and money to fix. This doesnt happen at Day Heights Auto. I know that when I bring my car in for a needed repair theyll tell me what needs to be done with no sales tactics. I cant say enough about this. They may not always have the advertised low prices that bring customers in like the big box auto shops but for a hassle free service experience they are the place to go.

Ive used Day Heights Auto twice now for my companys fleet vehciles. It is difficult for me to let go of the maintenance and repair of my vehciles, because Ive found that most shops (including dealers) perform shoddy work, cut corners, or fail to perform the work they said they would. I appreciate the fact our vehicles are serviced at the scheduled appointment time, and are done when they said they would be done. As long as I receive this level of service and competence, I will continue to bring all of my cars, trucks and service vans here.

My family has had Day Heights Auto Service work on our cars for about 20 years now. You can.t get better friendly, professional service quality and honesty as we have found in this shop! This Auto shop is located in a convenient location! Once your vehicles problem is repaired there is no need to return for the same problem. Had to have my vehicle towed and my insurance company did not give DHAS sufficient information about why my vehicle needed towed so they ended up using the wrong truck and the back wheel ended up with some damage. Even though it wasnt there fault they replaced my tire rim and everything tore up behind it for no cost at all. Great customer service. There shop is about 40 miles from me but is the only place I will be taking my vehicles from now on. My expedition is actually there now as we speak.

Exceptional service! They worked very hard to diagnose my auto issues to make sure it was fixed right.....the first time! Alot of places tell you the problem can be caused by several things and then put you through the run around of fixing thing after thing until they finally get it right, not here! I was very pleased with the both the customer and mechanic services. Will be a returning customer.

Moved here from WV and didnt have anyone to take care of my Tiburon. With the offer of a free oil change to welcome me to the neighborhood, I found them to be very courteous, efficient and I havent had to wait for hours for them to get things done.
