Thank you Tarvin Auto, these guys saved us big time when we were taken advantage of by a crooked service manager from Mineke. The service manager said that he had done a bunch of work on my sons car worth thousands of dollars, then the transmission supposedly went out and they wanted to rebuild it at my expense, another $2,500. We got a hold of Kim Tarvin and had the car towed over there, him and his expert mechanics went thru our car and determined that all this work had never been done. Kim kept us informed thru the whole process and he was very fair in his prices and we felt blessed to have had our car serviced by an honest man and his very highly trained staff. I would refer anybody to them, Kim Im sorry it took so long to get my review but you have no idea how much we appreciated what you did for us. I wasnt sure if there was an answer for our problem but there was and you were it........ Thank you so much and I will never forget what you did for us. Best thing about Tarvin Auto is that over many years of outstanding service, I have come to trust them to do the best service with all my vehicles. They will tell me if work is necessary or not. There have been a few times that I have been told the best thing to do is nothing at this time, if issue gets worse, then they will address it. So when they tell me something needs to be corrected immediately, I know it for my best interest and safety. I trust them just as I trust my doctor. You cant put a value on that. Bob W
