Frustrating and inconsiderate customer service! We dropped our car off the night prior so that it was there in the morning to be worked on. All that needed to be done was to have a battery replaced. We first contacted them in morning to let them know what needed to be done. They said they would call when they knew when it would be ready. After no call, WE finally contacted THEM to ask, to which they replied, "Oh yea, we have a guy looking at it right now. It should be ready by noon". Well, the hours rolled past. Finally we call them, frustrated, to see why it was taking so long to which they replied, "Oh yea, were finishing up the paperwork right now"... Sure you are. My guess is that it was finished HOURS ago but no one had the courtesy to call and let us know. We finally got our car back at 6:30 pm. Nine and a half hours to change the battery! I cant imagine how long it would take to have some real maintenance done! We wont be returning.

I come to Milford to visit my Grand Mother, I drive 1 hour each way. 2 different occasions something has gone wrong with my Suv and Bob Sumerel has worked me in their busy schedules because my grand mother would stress how worried she was about me driving it this far, and must get it fixed. And they do everything they can to get it done, even stayed over to complete the work in the evening, and yet again take the time on a holiday weekend also! This is one big reason why my Grand Mother is a repeat customer, and she also thinks the guys are cute! Haahaa. She will not go anywhere else. I just wanna say thank you for all your hard work and dedication. Also for taking care of my Grand Mother and I! God Bless You All! Need More Of You! Lol

They have replaced tires on two of vehicles, and handle all of my rotate n balances. Very reasonable wait time for tire store. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. You can make appointments if you like. They will be my tire store for the foreseeable future.
