So I took my truck to Honest-1 in Farragut to have a leveling kit put in after taking the kit there so they could see it and they said no problem an hour per side. I dropped it off Sat. the 1st at 7 am I get a call from Tony and he says theres a problem could i come to the shop said yup be there in 5 min. I get there and he tells me the studs that are pressed into the spacers that go on top of the shock tower are spinning and wont tighten down and they cant get them off except for cutting them off, so I said fine cut the nuts off and take it out and i will send back to the manufacture who by the way is probably the biggest name in lift kits Rough County and please save everything. So its done and back together and they charge me 78. and change for labor for what Im not sure because Tony tells me that the alignment is good and its not it pulls to the right and after looking at the kit at home the tech that was doing the work used the wrong nuts and cross threaded them that why the studs spun and it says right in the instructions on 2014 models use stock hardware which he did not and when I called them on Monday the 4th to talk to Tony about it he was out but they would have him call me back and as of now I have not received a call back. So that is the reason for this post and all the others that I will be posting for reviews of them because they sure dont live up to there name Honest -1. I will take some of the responsibility as I should taken it to a real shop that specializes in lift/leveling kits but if you cant do the work just say so. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone.

I never take time to write a bad review, but this place deserves it. I took my car in for the free 21 point inspection because I noticed (what I believed to be) an oil leak. I had an appointment at 2:30, and I arrived on time. They took good care of me and took my car in immediately. I asked how long it would take and I was told it would not be long, so I decided to wait around. An hour and a half went by and I had still not heard anything back. I could see through the window that my car was there, yet it was not being worked on or looked at. I finally asked how long it was going to take, and the receptionist asked a mechanic. He took me to the back to my car and pointed at it and said "Yeah your car is pouring" (I knew that, thats why I brought it to you). I had to ask what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to repair it, and I was told I would get an email with the details. Days have gone by and I have yet to receive that email. They lowered my car, gave me the keys, and I was on my way. All in all, I waited almost two hours for a mechanic to tell me that my car was "pouring," which is the reason why I brought my car in in the first place, and was not given any information as to what was wrong with it. Luckily, this was a free inspection, but I guess you get what you pay for. Definitely not going back.

Decent pricing, "okay" work, not very honest or helpful. Took my car to get my alternator replaced which they did, while they were doing that they also happened to break the clip that secures my hood prop from flying around. I noticed this shortly after getting my car back and when I called to ask if they broke it they tried to lie and say they never touched it or even used my hood prop ( the second they pulled my car in the shop they opened the hood and held it up with the prop so they obviously used it) after telling them I clearly saw them using it he admitted to it with "yeah you know what maybe we did use it but we didnt break anything bring it by and Ill check" long story short my hood prop was moving freely and making connection with the positive terminal on my 250$ optima batter and grounding on my chassis. After telling them about it grounding he basically told me its not there fault for this happening even though they broke the clip to allow this, and he tried saying hes already helping me out by replacing the 2.50$ clip THAT THEY BROKE and told me I have to go buy a new battery myself. Needless to say they arent honest nor do they believe they do anything wrong, wont be back and will be telling my friends the same.

On 11/7/15 I was driving down middlebrooke pike when the truck I noticed the truck in front of me was swerving like crazy. It was after a UT game so I assumed they were drunk and called the police. As I was behind them they kept swerving in and out of the oncoming lane and almost took out another car. They corrected and went into the grass. They got back on the road and I followed them to a subdivision where they pulled into a driveway on Highgate Circle. Whoever was driving the White Chevy Silverado license plate number P65-62N needs to be fired and jailed immediately. Absolute brazen disregard for the safety of everyone on the road. This company seems like they do really good business, but until this employee gets fired supporting this business is supporting drunk driving. I will be happy to edit this review after the driver of that truck gets fired.

This place opens as early as 7 am and that, itself, stood out to me. I was able to get in and out, in time for my daughter to go to school. They are professional and the prices are very reasonable. Tony, the manager, was really nice. The waiting area was very neat and clean and it wasnt too cold nor too warm. This was my first time coming to Honest-1, but it definitely wont be my last. I had a few questions after my visit and when I called, Emily answered. She was able to answer them and made me feel that they really valued my business. If you ever have any auto care needs and want to pay reasonable prices without having to jeopardize the quality of the services rendered, stop by Honest-1 Auto Care near the Farragut area and give them a chance.

Tony and his team here are fantastic. The service is always great, and they always go over the details of what needs to be fixed. My favorite part is that they will always tell me the work that my car will need in the future, and they give me a great estimation of when that work needs to be done. Mechanics Ive been to in the past overplay issues and make them seem like problems you need to fix right here right now, but Honest-1 isnt afraid to say "yeah, youre going to need this done, but youve got a little bit before youll need it." I trust taking my whole familys cars here, knowing Ill never pay more than I need and knowing that the job will be done right the first time around.
