Made a simple appointment to get my tires rotated at 1:00. Showed up 30 min early and they stated it wouldnt be done till after 3. It take approximately 30 min to rotate some tires on a car. Later that day we get a phone call stating that one of their techs stripped a wheel stud and that they would need to remove the hub to replace the stud and that they would not be able to finish the job that day. Ridiculous. They keep my car over night. Not one single phone call from them today. We call them around 4 today because we yet to still hear from them. They state that they have not started to work on my car but they will start on it right then. How is it you had my car all damn day and havent started to work on it till I call and ask if it was done? The lack of communication and respect to the customer is baffling. Finally go to pick up my car and the manager doesnt even come talk to us about the situation. No personal apology or anything of the sort. Firestone has completely lost our business and I will make sure no one I know will take their cars to them. A simple tire rotation that I couldve done myself at the house became a huge ordeal due to the lack of care that Firestone had.

Visited the store on Friday, 01/04 for an oil change. Since I didnt have time to wait I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, 01/08 @ 9:00AM. I also scheduled an appointment the next day for my other vehicle. I arrived a few minutes prior to 9:00 and was told that there were many ahead of me and that if I could leave the car they would take care of it. As this was unacceptable, I cancelled the appoointment. I informed the fellow at the desk that this was the very reason I had scheduled the appointment several days ahead of time. Upon arriving home I telephoned the store to cancel the Wednesday appointment as well. Its unfortunate that appointments cannot be tracked and kept with computerized systems in place at the store. I understand that no shows are part of their reality, however they could allow a 5 or 10 minute window for customers to show up. If not, their reserved time slot would be terminated and possibly re-scheduled if the customer so desired. That would keep everyone happy!

Filed a complaint today with their corporate office. I have been a firestone card holder and customer for years. In Florida I dropped in anytime of the day and always got an oil change promptly.. I have lived here for 2 years and every single visit I have been told that it will be at least 2 hours before they can get to my vehicle for an oil change. There were 2 people waiting in the lobby. I have been here at least 4 times and was told this same line at every visit. Lakeland Florida had the same size garage but much busier than this location and I was never made to come back or "schedule an appointment". I work full time and have 4 kids. Getting an oil change shouldnt be when its convenient for the business, it should be when its convenient for the customer. Sorry to say you lost my business today and I see no need to keep a credit card for a company who cant give me service. Firestone sucks.....

Todd and Tyler, the two service advisors that helped me, were very professional and courteous. My first experience with Firestone was not the best though. I called in to see if they had my tire size tire in stock and they said they did. When they started on my vehicle they realized their inventory was off and said I would have to wait for them to truck in 2 tires. I had my two-year-old son with me and he was starting to get Restless which did not make my extra stay very fun. Once the new tires arrived and we were ready to leave I noticed that one of the tires was wrong. Not sure how they got that mixed up but their Tire technicians needs to pay more attention. Now I have to come back tomorrow when they get my tire in to have it replaced. The only reason I went there is because they said that my tires were in stock and I liked the out-the-door price.

I dont write many reviews, but this place is horrible. I called in the morning to get my tires rotated and balanced. Its a 30 minute job. I dropped it off at noon. At 4:45 they called me at work and told me they were just getting to it. I got there shortly after 5, it was busy with a lot of angry people. My car was on the lift not being worked on. No one could give me an answer, at 6, I got fed up and asked for my car back, they said they cont work on it because there was a wheel lug lock. They lug key was in the glove compartment where most people keep them. They mechanic yelled at me and lied about stuff then finally gave me the car. The clerk was nice and didnt charge me for the work they did not do. Honestly though this place has serious issues. Stay away!!!!

I made an appointment on Friday for Monday Morning 7AM. The store opens at 7am. I arrived on time every bay was full. Im guess the cars were dropped off the night before. My appointment was 4 tires replace and alignment. I took 2 hours to complete the work. The people were friendly and did a good job with the tires. I feel like 2 hours is way longer than expected for a 7AM appointment time slot that was made 3 days in advance with a customer waiting on the work to be complete. Most places would have you in and out 30-40 minutes tops. I also think balancing should be included in a 4 tire purchase. Ill continue to have the free rotation done at this location for the life of the tire. My next purchase will be somewhere else.

My family has been going to this Firestone for service on all our cars for years and we have always had good experiences. The guys who work there are very nice, very experienced and they do good work. Yes, they will recommend any additional work that they feel should be done on your car, but only if it is needed. And I have never been pressured to have the work done if I decline it. They have always been very happy to show me what theyre talking about on my vehicle if something needs work and have never made me feel like I should not take time to consider it and weigh my options. They follow through with all guarantees and they get work done in as timely a manner as possible. I give them a thumbs up every time!

I had a sidewall hole in one of my tires. Due to AWD, I have to buy two tires at once. James was able to get 2 tires at a great price and was able to fit me in on a very busy day on very short notice. I am extremely pleased with this location and the employees. I was told the service would take an hour to an hour and 30 minutes and it was complete in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend this location.
