I went to get my break pads changed for my June 2010 based Honda civic. Firestone here told me the rotors need replacement too, so I went with it, wondering how factory made rotors would go that bad when its just 2012. The car is just a year and half old, my bad. I gave them a full 180 dollars for rotors. Secondly, to top it, they said the battery is indicating low rating. They showed me a pretty graph oh how low it is and since I was making a long trip I need to get it replaced. I drive only short distances daily and so their suggestion dint go very well with me, neither their pretty worthless graph! I took my car to the dealer since it was still in Honda warranty and got the battery checked. They said its good as brand new! Ofcourse it has to be!, dont you think so. The rating from both honda and firestone came out to be something around 320. But firestone insisted its low, when dealer said the battery max is 390 so battery is in pretty good shape. So is firestone indicator really off chart? And they are not aware of it? or Its just a way to fool us. Beware of them! I chuck all firestones from now on! If I can, I would love to have my money back.

I went in to get a regular oil change and came back to find they stripped the oil pan trying to put the plug back in. I was told it was not their fault and a new pan could be delivered in a week and it would total to be just under $400 to complete the job. After 3 weeks of going back and forth with the manager they finally took care of the issue because they wanted to keep my business. I tried to give them another chance until their brake service for that same car ran another $350. I could not stop that up front so used their "Firestone Card" so that I could make payments "Interest Free" for 6 month. The card service is a joke. They do not send the payment slips until it is past due and they charge you with a late fee. When calling their customer service center to fix the issue they are extremely rude. While trying to answer their questions on the account they proceed to cut you off and are very condescending when hearing what it wrong. Not a place that deals with their customer very well. It stinks because the service technicians are not bad people. The Management and customer service is.

What is the point of having people make appointments with the anticipation that we the customers will be services in a timely manner? I arrived 15mins early; I had to wait another 5mins before someone came from the garage to attend to checking me in. After taking my information, etc., for my oil change only service, I waited for my services completion and with my keys in hand after 4HRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The next time, I will just walk-in, as dozens of other non-RSVP folk did, leave my car overnight, and come back the next weekend just to give them enough time to do one overpriced $80 oil change. I paid $54 during my prior multiple visits. My only props are to Danny, who is amazing during my past visits. He just so happen to be off the 4HRS 15min day of my visit.

I was googling their phone number to see if my car was ready early (it was) and I noticed that there were reviews posted. To my great surprise I saw some bad ones. Thats why I wanted to share my experiences. I have been going here for 5 years. I have bought tires and shocks, had alignments and oil changes, replaced batteries, water pumps and alternators, had exploratory surgeries done on my Cadillac, Camry and Saab 9-3. If after the exploratory surgeries they could fix them (only on the Caddy) they referred me to other centers and did not charge me. In every single instance I was treated fairly and with exceptional professionalism. I have recommended them to family and friends and now I highly recommend them to you.

I was a frequent customer at this location. I have 3 cars, any service I needed I brought my cars here. The staff was great initially, the best actually; however, last time I went I asked for an oil change and tire check. I shortly discovered that they didnt even indicate when I should get my next oil change, left the sticker on my car blank and left a cap off my tire. 2 days later my tire was completely flat. The technician name was Kevin, and he just brushed me off, like trying to get rid of me so he can get off. Very disappointed with the service. I dont know what happened to the old staff. They just lost me as a customer.

Fantastic! Superior customer service and very friendly. Jerry is an expert technician with a great sense of humor. He was so good about showing me everything that I needed to about the condition of my car, very thorough! Kendall, the shop manager, is very professional and thorough as well and Kenneth, who checked me in, made me feel at ease and assured I would be taken care of quickly . Thank you all for making this a great experience and preparing my car to make the Thanksgiving trip to NC! See you when I get back for an oil change!

I went to the Duluth location for a alignment this morning on my truck. When speaking to the service guy at the front desk, he didnt seem to know much about alignments what so ever. After he spoke to a tech about doing the alignment on my truck that has a 3 inch lift on it. He gave me 3 or 4 excuses why they couldnt do the alignment. I have never had problems getting it done anywhere else and I am actually getting it done across the street at NTB. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. EXCUSES EXCUSES.

In my experience, Firestone does a pretty good job with tires and wheels. I called this location to get a specific model of tire, and while they werent able to get a hold of my first choice, they did get my second choice the same day. Installation for four tires and an alignment took about 2 hrs, starting with me walking through the door. Their labor rate seems on the high side (about $90/hr) but Ive paid that at other places for work. They did get the job done quickly, so Im OK with that rate.

The worst service I have ever experieced on sunday (4/24/2016 around 3:30 pm). When we had flat tire on a road, we called this store because it was nearst one. They asked me whether we had a spare tire or not. Unfortunately we did not so we said that we do not have it. The guy on the phone said `all righty~ and hung up on me. What a mean guy!! Their service does not deserve even one star. They are the worst in the world.

Dont ever take your car here!!!!! I took my car here for three simple thing and came out with 100. Smdh. ........every time I took it back there was another issue. Now on side of the road with more problems just it out the shop today. Wtf. It makes u give them a star but they dont deserve that 1

Every time I come to this place I call ahead of time to see how long it takes, I go into the shop and wait in line for 20-25 minutes because they continuously answer the phone and ignore us in line. Tell me why my car took 2.5 hours for a freaking oil change.
