Absolutely great! Since I came to Knoxville, I have used a few auto places, and I can say this place is the best among them. I am a foreigner and not that good at English, but I feel all the time that people in this place are really kind and polite. When I didnt understand well what they said, they tried to explain again and never took advantage of me. If they found some flaws, they always let me know it first and advised me. I am really satisfied with their service so far, and trust them.

These guys (Ive only patronized the Lovell/Kingston Pk. location) are great. Theyve done a lot of work for me and my family, and Ive never been remotely steered wrong (if youll pardon the pun). Fast service, good prices, and theyve always seemed quite honest to me, up front about work that is optional (if recommended, nonetheless), etc. Glad my brother introduced me to them!

I took my wifes car here about two weeks ago and found out we needed to replace the rotors. The price for parts and labor was extremely reasonable. Whenever Ive had a problem with the vehicle they have looked at it almost immediately and fixed it. Theyre extremely honest and nice guys. Would not take my car anywhere else!

Regular maintance here on multipule vehicles. Thease guys are great the one time i didnt take their advice i ended up changing a serpintine belt on the side of the road. Great service at a great price!

This is one of the rare places you can have your oil changed, have it take less than 15 minutes, and you dont have to worry about what theyve done to your vehicle.
