Tires Plus is a great place to take your car for tires as well as car maintenance. I have a 21 year old Camry that they keep running for me. I dont drive much but at 21 years of age there is maintenance that still has to be performed annually. Tires Plus has all the records on my car and gives it a good check up annually. I bought my tires from them, so they rotate and align them for me for free. What I really love the best is that if you drop the car in the morning, they will take you back home or work then call you with what they have found including the associated prices to do repairs. Later they will pick you up once the repairs are completed and return you to the shop to pay then you are on your way. If you want to wait, they have a nice area with a flat screen TV and computer desks for those who want to work via their complimentary Wi-Fi. You may also apply for their credit card which will allow you to space the payments out over 3 or 6 months depending on the magnitude of the expenditure at 0% interest. They also send out great coupons regularly which you dont have to have to get the benefits of when you are there; in my experience they always give you credit towards any promotions that are currently running. On top of all that, the people there are very nice. Try them out - I think you will be happy if you do.

I bought a set of brand new tires online as I got a good deal on them and needed to get them mounted and balanced. I called around and got a quote from another store that was lower than what Tires Plus quoted me. I called Tires Plus back as that was more convenient to me and asked if they would honor the competitors price. J.R. said they would definitely honor the price on both mounting as well as an alignment that I needed. He wasnt pushy or tried to get me to buy other products/services from him. He did recommend some other work regarding the camber on my vehicle (which is truly in need of correcting), and said that if I get a quote from someone else that is lower to call him and see what they can do. Overall a great experience and I will definitely go here again the next time I need something done.

My wife took her car in for tires to be rotated & balanced on her Acura after about an hour she was called by a man named JR telling her that her Bushings on the Control Arms were bad and that she heeded Struts I dont have a problem with him making the reccomendations, but he told her that it is a SAFETY Issue, which made her very concerned she called me and I told her to get a second opinion, so she took it down the road to Kauffman Tire and ask them to look at it.They said the Bushings are fine and that according to mileage only not SAFETY as JR stated the Struts should be changed. BEWARE OF THIS TIRES PLUS STORE AND THE FELLA CALLED JR, HE IS OUT TO SCARE OUR WIFES AND ANY WOMEN THAT COME IN! Shame on him!

I called to find out if they had an appointment for oil change and they said the price of the oil change went up $15, they said my car used 8 quarts of oil and I looked in the manual and it only takes 6(2015 Chrysler 300 6cyl), they wanted to charge me $7.50 per qt more for oil my car doesnt use. Actually if they put that much in it would certainly damage my engine. I called back to let them know it only takes 6 and they said they computer now shows 7 and the guy argued with me and said they had to use that amount. Almost every time Ive gone in the passed they get oil all over the leather stearing wheel or interior of the car even though I tell them to be careful of this! too much....

This place is horrible. I came to get new brakes for the brake issues that they said I had then all of a sudden I needed new tires. And they all but called me a liar when I addressed the earlier quote. The customer service is terrible and they apparently have no integrity. I got a second quote and it showed I did not need any of the things Tires Plus claimed I needed and it showed that they have not even rotated my tires which I have been paying them to do. Spare yourselves the trouble and go to another place this one lies!

Went in to get oil done and full tire rotation with balance. Talked with JR and I asked if he could get me out by 5pm. That was only about an hour or so to do all that work. He told me no problem and was the best visit I have ever had with any auto server place. He had everything finished better then expected and on time. Great job JR! I will be back for all my auto needs going forward thats for sure. Thanks Joe

my wife brought my car in right at closing saturday and they got me right in no questions asked when kauffman shoved me out the door. great service and all salesmen were friendly. i will definately come back to this store from now on. the two guys she dealt with were elmer and a trainee who actually completed work himself. they took pride in serving us. thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in Saturday morning to REDO alignment & an oil change. I was the 3rd person there. It took 1-1/4 hours to start my oil change. Then I had to wait for a technician to do the alignment. Unfortunately, he was too busy leaning on another car. It want until I spoke to the manager did they get moving. Took over 2 hours. The whole thing should have been managed better.

I got a quote on line and setup my appointment. I was thinking when I got there they would tell me they dont have the tires in stock and try to up-sell me. Well, they did only have 2 tires, but price matched a better set of Firestones. I was in and out in just over an hour and had no hassles at all. Friendly staff made it a great experience, Good job Tires Plus!

Everyone here is top notch. All good guys! Tom has worked on my truck a few times now. He really takes his time and is honest with me about what can wait to be done later. I wont bring my truck anywhere else.

Was just in last week great service and timing dealer told me i needed ball joints and struts talked to blake and jr both said they were fine at this time thanks guy customer for life

Best price to start with on 4 tires - they didnt have to exact tires I wanted so I got a free upgrade to a more expensive tire. Great install and communication. Thanks James :)
