I got oil change. It was 4:17PM on Sat. they close 5PM) I took my car to get assess to sell after oil change. I drove 20mn. After the access,,, Car dealer asked me when was the last time I checked oil? I said 1 hour ago... He told me that " Sorry to hear that" " Your oil cap is missing & oil is all over your engines. We will not be able to take it" He suggest to call Free service tire to get rid back in order to go home. He said it is not safe to drive. I called ,, But Phone kept ringing & NO emergency line was available. It was raining hard. But I had to clean up the mess on engine with umbrella, & my husband had to go 5 shop to find the cap. He could not find it. So Car dealer loan us the cap in order to go home. OIL was almost gone. Sunday,, I could not drive. Monday morning. I went NISSAN to check up engines & add more oil. Then I went back to Fire service Trie. Manager said to me "Why didnt you bring this car back here first. I can not give you refund. Call this number."I told them " your shop was closed & there was not emergency number to call" I insist to find my cap at their shop. They could not find it. They seems not want to deal with this issue. No one apologized. I heard that it is not dangerous to drive without cap. He was shaking his head because I was upset. It took 50 min to get cap. I could not get refund at shop. I had to call Main office talk to HE manager & claim manager to get refund. This is what lost. 1, I could not sell this car after oil change. 2, I had to clean up this mess in the rain. 3, My husband had to go 5 shops to find the cap. 2hours 4, No one apologized at shop. I felt like I will never go back this shop. 5, I was lucky that I went to get asess right after. Otherwise I am still driving without cap & My car engine is totally damaged. I can not understand mechanic telling me " Oh,, it is not dangerous driving without cap.

Jeff at Free Service took great care of me and was really a considerate consultant regarding a difficult tire decision. I only plan to drive my car for another six months, but I am not ready to purchase a new car today. I reached a point with my current car where driving on the interstate felt very unstable and shaky. Jeff assessed my car/tires, found no alignment issues, and determined my tires were actually still within factory standards (barely). Driving on the interstate on these tires would not change, though. Jeff did not push for me to get an expensive, new set of tires or to take advantage of one of their promotions. Instead, he took time to understand how much I drove, where, and what my plans were for the car. Finally, he gave me several different options (including dont do anything) with various price points. I really believe he was working to find the solution that was best for me. I ended up getting a good, low range set of tires. When I get my new car, Ill come to Free Service for my long-term tires.

Mike had helped us fix my sons Honda that had been at the dealer for a month. The honda dealer couldnt figure out the problem, so we decided to take it to Free Service in Farragut. Mike was super helpful and looked at it immediately. Of course I had never seen a shop manager actually doing the work on the cars and running the business, thats impressive. He found a piece of wiring that had split and need redone. It was fixed in a couple hours and runs perfect. Thanks again Mike. We will be sending everyone to Free Service.

I had to see the negative feedback here because we bought a set of tires at the Farragut location a few months back and had a great experience and they have been nothing but helpful since then. My husband knows a lot about cars so I always call him before agreeing to anything and hes always agreed with what they suggested

RIPOFF!!! I had a coupon for an oil change from this place and took my car there and they said I also needed new brakes as well. I had a friend who is a mechanic look at my brakes and there was nothing wrong with them.

Their tires are pretty expensive so I buy elsewhere. But I get my alignments done here and they are the best. Ive had my trucks aligned at other places and have always gone back to here to get it realigned.
