If I could give a negative 10 stars I would. I would never in my life recommend anyone to use this shop for auto repairs. They are the most unprofessional and uncommunicative SO-CALLED business I have ever dealt with. First of all they did not even talk to me properly about what was going with my vehicle. I sat there for over 2 hours and then they told me that they needed me to leave my car and they would call me between 5:30 and 6 pm. I never received a call, I called them no answer. I called at 9 the next morning no answer, then finally at 9:38, the Secretary answered and after putting me on hold twice told me the mechanic would call me back in a hour, almost 2 hours later I had to call him back. I was then told that they were checking the water pump and would call me back as soon as they figured out exactly what was wrong with my car, this I found out after 5pm and several phone calls later. They also dont even have you fill out anything or sign anything agreeing for them to do work on your car and charge you for it . Instead of initially test driving the car, these idiots did a million other things according to them first and when they finally decided to test drive it found out it was the Fan Control Module. So in total they charged me $339.00 because they included 2 hours of labour for their own stupidity. I am appalled that people run a business like this and I have a mechanic who was servicing my car before I moved to Georgia who told me that there are some mechanics who will just rip you off and this is one of them. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED IT BACK PROMPTLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR NEEDS JUST THEIR POCKETS.
