My repair service was an absolute nightmare! The shop manager was the absolute worst. Very dishonest and did not have the knowledge to do a competent a/c repair diagnosis. Upon expessing my displeasure with his dishonesty, the shop manger demanded that I pay him cash for services rendered, or he would summon the police. I encouraged him to do so,but he decided against pursuing that threat. He then fabricated the description of services rendered on the invoice. I was charged $309.85 for a transmission fluid exchange. Upon leaving the shop,I traveled approximately one mile before my vehicle overheated. As you can imagine, I am completely pissed at this point. Coinsidently,the shop manager calls me to inform me they neglected to put my engine cover on. At which time I informed him of my breakdown. He personally drove to my breakdown location and determined that his associate mechanic over-tightened the radiator hose top. The shop manager called the Nissan dealership on Stone Mountain Hwy,ordered the part on the Precision Tune account and took me to the Nissan dealership for me to purchase the item. Upon purchasing the part, he reluctantly helped me replace the part. Afterwards, I inquired about the whereabouts of my engine cover, to which he replied he left it at the shop. I then had to drive back to the shop to have my engine cover re-installed. I contacted the corporate office to express my displeasure with services rendered and was told someone would contact me to address my concerns. Its been a week since my call, still no response. I will post this message on all relevant sites in hopes of preventing this from happening to anyone else.

First of all, horrible location. I almost gave up attempting to turn in for service. Theres a lot of broken pavement, Id need an alignment before I leave. After slowly pulling in to avoid hitting other cars parked a little in the way, I get to the back to pull through for service and was greeted by no one! I sat for at least five minutes waiting for a tow truck to move so that I could get around & saw a few people walking. I pulled up to the building and watched a worker move a customers truck from in front of me. The truck was facing me so theres no way the worker that got inside didnt see me. I waited. I waited five more minutes just sitting there waiting for someone to acknowledge theres someone waiting. Not one person even looked my way. I even took my time backing out to leave and still no one said anything. You lost a potential new, loyal customer today.

This shop was recommended to me by a friend when I needed to have my oil changed, and she gave them rave reviews. Well I went there this past Monday and needless to say, she was correct on the customer service being awesome, the work was performed in a timely manner, the technicians were very professional and seemed to be concerned and very knowledgeful, services were recommended with absolutely NO PRESSURE, but info on about how long you should be able to go before actually needing the service done, which in my sight let me know that they are not just about the money and ripping you off like so many other shops !!!! Kudos to them. I WILL be returning for future car repair needs and recommending them to everyone I know.

this place can be good but what really piss me off is when i came in for a/c repair and i told the tech DO NOT PERFORM THE SERVICE pleace CHECK if i can be able to do my a/c then come to me like they usually do to ask sir/maam may we proceed and perform the service but no he just said yea ok then called me when they were half into my a/c service and said i need this when i CLEARLY STATED DO NOT DO ANYTHING cause i wasnt sure if it was working in the first place and still made me pay for a non working a/c ... VERY pissed even it was the manger that was doing it you guys were always good but to make someone pay for your worker mistake is terrible you guys lost a loyal customer goodbye.

I just had my oil changed at this location today. I am usually not happy when I leave an oil change shop. This place is completely differant than any of the others I have been to. There was NO pressure sales. I was told the price would be $18.90 for a basic oil change and thats what it was plus tax and shop fees it came to $21.66, This was a shock. I have been to a lot os shops near here and when they finish and you go to the counter somehow they manage to extract over $40.00 from your wallet. What a refreshing change, great service, friendly staff and at a great price. I will be takeing my wifes car there tomorrow. And they will be my only choice for maintenance from here on out.

NEVER SOME TO THIS PRECISION AUTOTUNE THEY CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES LIKE A DIAGNOSTIC ($40) THAT YOU NEVER ASKED FOR, AND IF YOU REFUSE TO PAY THEY THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE. THE SHOP MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PERFORMED A SERVICE I DID NOT ASK FOR! NEVER GOING TO THIS PRECISION AUTO TUNE AGAIN. I KNOW MY RIGHTS AND I DO NOT HAVE A LEGAL OBLIGATION TO PAY FOR THIS DIAGNOSTIC SINCE THE ONLY MENTION OF IT WAS NOT IN THE PAPERWORK I SIGNED BUT TAPED TO THE TOP OF A GLASS WINDOW, NOT IN PLAIN VIEW. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE ON MONDAY, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Horrible!!! First off on my 99 Honda Civic they told me they did not have the tools to do my oil change, and that they would not touch the vehicle. Total lie, they touched the vehicle and stripped the oil plug. When I called the store they told me to bring the vehicle back in, once I arrived back at the store they looked at the vehicle realized what they did, and then proceeded to tell me it would cost $250 for a new oil pan, and if I paid with cash he could do it for $200.00! Will never ever use them again!!

**BEWARE of LIAR TECHS AND SCAM ARTIST MANAGER* Just left this place and was lied to about needing an oil flush ($20). After calling my husband he advised me my Sonata does not require a flush! After advising them I didnt want it they magically already poured it in! After being upset and asking to see my oil color to verify the flush actually did what they "claimed" it does, they show me my oil and guess what its still dark !!! Liars and scam artist especially the Manager.

I brought my own oil and filter for an oil change for my 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid. When the tech finished, he showed me the dipstick which clearly indicated that there was not new oil in my car. We (the Mgr, the tech and myself) even put the oil from the dipstick on a white box and I put some oil from the oil bottle beside it, then they said that my oil pan was dirty (HELLO, you just drained the oil pan). Be very careful of this place!

Maxwell (mechanic) and Precious (Front desk clerk) were awesome. I had a rental (15 vw Jetta ) - Hertz Union city does not maintenance their cars). Maxwell made sure I knew all of the details, checked the fluids, and made me feel better. Thank you for the awesome customer service. I will be returning for a service from Maxwell and Precious ). (Other guy is a know it all and doesnt do as well with the customer).
