June 4, 2012 Customer Update: To the credit of the Store Manager of this location, I received a call from him earlier this morning. He was sincere in his concern for my dissatisfaction and allowed me to vent my frustrations with the service I received, and the cost of such service. During our call he allowed me to express my thoughts as to how the situation might have been better handled and how my aggravation might have been diffused before I left the property. I doubt he enjoyed making that call and to him, I can simply say, "Thank You". May 28, 2012 CUSTOMER BE AWARE: This shop charges an arbitrary 10% shop fee on top of their quoted service fees. On May 28, 2012 I had some relatively minor work done (brakes and alignment) and found at the time of checkout a "shop fee" tacked onto my bill. In the process of reviewing my bill I also had the opportunity to discuss the service performed and was disappointed to learn that a simple rotation of an irregularly worn tire (no balancing mind you, a simple two tire, front to back, rotation) was not done at the time of service, and that it would cost me an additional "lift fee" to have it done. This on top of the arbitrary "shop fee"? Not! I rotated the two tires in my own garage, thirty minutes later. In hindsight I should have asked for a full itemization of the charges up front, but I did not, so the fault and blame are mine to bear. So, while I got hosed, I can warn you the unsuspecting public and hope I save you from their practice. There are plenty of other shops in our community and I am sure anyone of them would welcome your business. Again, Beware of the "shop fee"!

We were about 15 miles south of McDonough when we pulled over for gas and realized one of our tires was coming apart. We used our phone to search for local tire dealers. Big Ten was about to close but offered to stay open for us and take care of our tire. (Two places we called before them refused to stay open) They did an awesome job and got us back on the road quickly. I am greatful they were willing to help us! I would highly recommend them.

They dont like to give Black people discounts or sales, rather they give you what they want you to have and when you question them they get disgrunteld and stressed. They also love to tell you that you dont have a leak when you clearly do in hopes of your engine blowing and them fixing it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Replaced thermostat and hoses for coolant system. Were fine with me ordering cheaper parts online and sending to them. No issues so far. Thought the price for the work just a smidge higher than expected (about 10%), but within reason.
