I took my car in Friday night to have it looked at Saturday. I had to call them Saturday to find out what the exact issue was and cost would be. as it was near closing and had not called me. They let me know they had to order the parts and it would be done Monday. It was only brakes and rotors. Monday at 3:30pm my wife called and they said it would be done within an hour. We got there at 5:50pm, 10 minutes before closing and the car was on the lift. They mentioned they were given the wrong parts and had to go get the new ones and it would be 15 minutes once they got the parts back to the shop. I went home, ate dinner and went back an hour later. This is almost an hour after they had closed and my car was still not done at 7pm. I have a baby that needed to be to bed and they did not apologize once for the inconvenience. Nor did they call once to let us know they were still working on it. I would prefer to go to the local small town garage, however with the lack of communication and customer service this place has shown Ill gladly pay more at a larger shop.

Great experience! 2003 Honda CRV, no a/c, they were able to fix it for hundreds of dollars less than I was quoted from another shop, shuttled me home and back to pick up my car when it was completed, (bonus) and were as friendly, polite and upfront from the moment we met. No upsales, no surprises in pricing, just honest, professional work.Definitely recommend them!

Reasonable prices compared, excellent and kind service, honest, love their waiting area, they give you a ride if you live close by, same day service and sometimes less than an hour. They repair with original parts if you ask them and pay the difference. I trust them and highly recommend them!

Used to come here for years, thats the only reason Im giving 2 stars. Service here has gone down for sure. Not sure what happened but I will not be returning! My oil leak problem was only TEMPORARILY fixed. Waste of over $400. Very upsetting! Got the issue fixed properly elsewhere.

We were very pleased, and so happy to have found this shop- they even stayed after closing to help us out. BEAUTIFUL shop with nice waiting area, even very kid friendly!! I wish we lived closer, I would certainly try bringing our car here for repairs. Thanks guys!!!

I lived in McDonough for 5 years and have taken my car here for all that time. The owner is a good guy who knows what hes doing and takes the time to know you and service your car properly. Cant imagine going anywhere else.
