Very satisfied. My brakes were squeaking, so I had them and my alignment checked at Pep Boys. They told me I needed an alignment and that my rotors were beginning to "rust and pit," and that I would probably need a new caliper. They gave me a price quote, and my dad called Dual Auto to see what they thought, as my family has used them for years. I dropped my car off at Dual Auto at 8:30am on a Saturday, and Pat called me back around 10am and told me my car was ready. He said my alignment was just fine, and they replaced my rear rotors and brake pads for almost half the price of what Pep Boys quoted. He told me there was a little bit of rust on my front rotors, and that I would probably still hear some squeaking, but the rust would probably knock off as I continued to drive, and the squeaking would stop. Its now the following Monday, and sure enough, no more squeaking :)

Ive been using Dual Auto for a few months now and have always been very satisfied with the price and quality of the work. One small example: I bought a couple new tires from them. Somehow I picked up a screw and the tire went flat on the highway. I was immensely grateful that the lug nuts had been appropriately torqued and I was able to remove the rim with a standard lug wrench to put on the spare. Other shops Ive used will use an air wrench, with little regard for either the rim or the customer. Duals attention to detail with things like this, even when the customer may never know is one of the many reasons I will continue to use Dual Automotive.

I am new to the area and didnt have a reliable place to take my car. My sons car didnt pass emissions and I had no idea where to take it and not get ripped off. I asked for recommendations from a local Facebook page and got a response and a quote from the owner. I took the car in, it was in and out with no "additional" recommendations from them to replace anything else. Drove the car for about 100 miles and it passed emissions with no problem. Took another car in for same problem, got the quote over text and same thing. I appreciate honesty and these guys are quick and honest!!!! I will keep returning here for all my automotive needs.

Would love this place for price. But ive already had two extremly detrimental accidents with them. Once they over tighen a oil drainer on my buddys car he made it almost all the way to florida before he realized his car was about to blow. Secondly another friend of mine got oil changed here, they took her oil cap of an left a rag on her engine ,she was convinced they screwed her car, i check an see the idiocracy thats taking place. If you want a cheap oil change do it yourself, cause youre liable to come out with more problems going to dual Automotive.

I went to these people to get a second opinion and an estimate on how much a timing belt would cost. They got the car back to me really fast and told me that it was definitely a timing belt issue. I could tell something was up when Patrick brought it back to me. They decided not to mention that they had broken my $90 harmonic balancer in the process of looking at the car. It took my familys mechanic several hours to get that thing off and put a new one on. As far as Im concerned this place is dishonest and unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

Dual Automotive is the best! Everyone was so polite and honest, they are very knowledgeable about cars. They always take care of me right when I walk into the door and make me feel like family. Ill never use Precision Tune Auto Care again for an oil Change (precision tune auto care are complete scam artists and tried to take advantage of me bc I am a woman) Dual automotive has very fair prices and Ill never use anyone else again. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!! :)
