I called Matt about a problem we were having with our Acadia transmission at 84K because he had posted numerous times on the Acadia forums regarding the wave plate transmission issue. We were about to head for Florida on vacation and I wanted Key Diesel to do the repair instead of taking it to the dealer. I was ready and willing to give Matt my money and let him fix the issue but he was adamant that I was covered at the dealer under a GM TSB. He spent a good amount of time talking with me about the symptoms and what to look for. I took it to the dealer and he was right. 100% coverage and its now all fixed. You dont find too many people today who will refuse to take easy money over doing the right thing. I wanted to share my experience in hopes that someone else chooses to use this shop based on his honesty with me. Id take any vehicle of mine here for any work. Thanks again Matt.

Key Diesel simply the best repair shop around. Matt is a super friendly guy, and his prices are astonishing. He rebuilt my transmission last year on my Duramax WELL BELOW what everybody else wanted, and he threw in other preventative parts for no charge. I have already contacted him again about replacing some other parts in my truck that others want astronomical amounts for, and he will do it for about 3/4 of the price. GREAT experience overall, and HIGHLY recommended!
