Robert did an EXCELLENT JOB of helping me July 5th when I was stuck in town for 3 days as NO ONE carried my size tires!! He calmly assured me to bring my GMC Acadia in at 10am and he put 4 fresh 18" GY Fortera HLs on for me!! When youd been on the phone as much as id been calling every rude tire shop while screaming grandkids are wanting to GO HOME hearing this calm PROFESSIONAL ASSURING mans voice tell me "Youll be fine sir- bring your SUV in and I will get you squarred away" made my day!!! I was completely satisfied with the quality of service from here and the prices were very fair, but after being quoted one price on the phone I was asked to pay $150 more than discussed. I did not pay the extra charge and probably wont go back again.

Ken the service manager seemed very bored and disinterested. Waited ten minutes to be acknowledged, then told that they didnt clock in until 30 mins after opening. But they had the tire I needed in stock and did not try to upsell me.
