I took my car into Midas for new tires, break check, alignment. I was told i needed a 3 step fuel system cleaning done. I agreed, thinking it was for the best of my car. BIG MISTAKE! My car is shaking, and the engine light wont turn off. I called corporate, the district manager a few hours of getting home. The district manager got back to me on Sat and I took it back. I was now told that I needed a new battery and that I need new plugs and coils! How is that my car worked better going in then coming out? I got the new battery but not the plugs or coils! When i received my paper work on Friday my checklist that states plugs and coils all check good! Checked in the green! Not the yellow or red! I feel that this location is really scamming me! I really believe, they are trying to meet their sales goals by damaging my car and trying to get me to pay more! I plan on taking my car to the dealership and have them find out the truth about what this Midas did to my car! We( the public) take our car to you, because you say you fix cars but what you do is take advantage of honest, hard working people! I also plan on contacting the BBB and showing them all the paperwork and pictures of the damage you have done to my car! ***UPDATE*** I took my car to another, fantastic place and they fixed the issue that was caused from the work that Midas did. Midas quoted me a almost $600 price to fix this issue, My new mechanic charged me 50 dollars and my car is fixed! Shame on you Midas for trying to take advantage of me!!! Oh and I did respond to your email. Guess what?? Not one call, zero! This is how you take care of your customers?? Shame on you! Worst customer service, ever!!!!!!

This is one of the better Midas locations in the area, by far. I have always received outstanding service from this location - service excellent enough for me to call corporate to leave positive comments about the place. The manager is in particularly outstanding, friendly and efficient. In fact, I think this location is quite well-known (for good reasons) in the area therefore their schedule is always so full! The poor reviews here have to be anomalies of a bad or understaffed day - Ive had oil changes, brake work, suspension work and a whole other heap of things done here for reasonable prices accompanied with excellent customer service.

I was in the midst of changing the oxygen sensor in my wifes car. The sensor did not come out clean and I could not thread the new one in. I called up to Midas and spoke to Mark, the manager. It was about 30 minutes prior to closing and I was in a bit of a panic. He told me to bring the car up right away, so I did. They worked on it for about 35 minutes and 10 minutes after closing. The sensor was in and I was on my way (and the wife is happy). Many thanks for taking a look last minute and helping me out. After many years in the area and never using Midas, I will likely return. Thanks again Mark!!

I visited the Midas shop on Miamisburg Centerville Rd (725) near the Dayton Mall on April 16th. I arrived at 8 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. They handled everything quickly and showed me a small hole on the main pipe. They replaced it and had me ready to go in ninety minutes. Later that afternoon I heard a rattle under my car while driving. I returned to Midas at 3 PM they stopped what they were working on and looked at my car and found 2 loose clips that they replaced and welded back in place. It might have taken 30 minutes. Thanks

Ive gotten inspections multiple times from this place. Ive also had services done from this place along with going other places. The manager MARK informed me this morning that because ive gotten the "free inspections" a FEW times and taken my business else where (because i couldnt afford their prices) that he would have to charge me 30 dollars for a supposed to be FREE INSPECTION. never again will i return to this place smh

By far the most honest, and reliable staff. Their customer service is superior. I have been coming here for around 3 years now. We moved out of the area and I have tried 3 other car maintenance companies and never received the same type of service as this location. I get my oil changed every 3,000 miles and I now drive 40 min to this location due to the quality of service that I receive. Keep up the great work

had a break in my exhaust, so I took my car in for a quote. After about 20 minutes, they told me my entire system needed replaced, and that it would be $1000. At the very least, the rear portion needed replaced, to the tune of $450. I took the car to a different shop who told me that the back half needed replaced, but for half of what Midas charged. I get the feeling this place really likes to stick it to you.

My wife and I use this place a lot. They have helped patch tires, change light bulbs, and do the recommended maintenence needed to our cars. The manager is always honest and straightforward. I have never felt like we were taken advantage of once. They do great work, and the employees seem to enjoy working there. At the time this place is my go to for all my car needs. Thanks for the good service.

I have had work done here a lot and they are usually pretty good - no complaints on the workmanship or the management, but a few overcharges for work performed. Prices are reasonable compared to other places and I feel lime the employees here are very knowledgeable. Work is completed quickly too and you can usually be squeezed in in short notice.

Great group of guys that work here. They fully inspect your vehicle and then quote you on what needs done. I was spending most of the afternoon there waiting and the manager actually stopped me off for lunch and picked me up later! I will definitely have Midas in my for anything else for my car

I bring my Astro van to this midas all the time (sadly). They do good work, they take the time to do it right, and they are genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. Best part is, they wont quit until theyve exhausted every possible option to resolve the problem. Thanks guys!

I called and they took my appointment for 1:15pm. I brought my car at 1pm. They said it would be ready by 2pm. I came back at 1:55pm and they hadnt started it yet. Im never going back, lost customer for life, dont waste my time.
