Finding Made in Japan Import Auto Service and Michael was an answer to a prayer. I was having shaking/vibrating issues with my Lexus ES 350 and had spent a lot of time and money trying to get the problem diagnosed and fixed. Before going to another Lexus dealer I decided to look for an import repair specialist. A prayer and a google search led me to MIJ Auto Service. After reading his reviews I drove to MIJ and introduced myself and my ailing car to Michael. He asked for my keys to take a test drive, put the car up on a lift, ran some diagnostics and told me what the problem was. He then gave me his estimate to make the repair, got my okay and had the car repaired in under 2 hours. He took it on another test drive and returned with a big smile as he handed me the keys. The cost of the repairs was VERY reasonable. He smiled and told me to come to him FIRST. I told him that he had a customer for life and wed be bringing our other car to him as it was also a Japanese import vehicle. Folks -- Made in Japan Auto Import Service and Michael Long are the Real Deal! Michael is highly skilled, gets it right the first time, values the customers time, provides a great warranty, and is a really nice guy!

THEIF. This man is a theif. I went in the change my calipers pads and rotars for my car. Both sides on the rear. He originally charged me $300 than I go see in my bank statement $550 plus dollars charged. Not only that like 2 months go by and my breaks started locking up again. So I go back to him and just asked him if I needed to change my breaks. He looks at all the breaks hes like "you dont have any pads at all in your rear breaks." AND "You need new calipers and rotars" I ask him how thats possible if he changed them not even 3 months ago. All he could ever say is "idk bro, idk" i asked to see my history in his database and I mysteriously wasnt in it anymore. How is that possible? He said he had absolutely no record of me at all. Mind you I payed with a card AND he texted me on his phone telling me my car was ready. Also he refused to change my breaks and had to go somewhere else to actually get my car fixed. DO NOT GO TO THIS BOY HE WILL "FIX" THE PROBLEM AND GET AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS POSSIBLE. I am NEVER coming back

See my YP review to see more about how awesome Michael is. From my first visit, I knew I was coming back. Michael is the best mechanic Ive had the opportunity to have service my vehicle. My car drives so nice and I can tell all the parts used are quality. The dealer was definitely looking to rip me off. I knew I had a power steering issue, and I let Michael take a quick look at it and it was an easy fix. Just needed a new pump, whereas the dealer was trying to convince me I needed a whole new power steering assembly. Car has been riding so smooth, and I didnt have to spend $1500. When you go to Michael youre going to get great customer service, honesty and knowledge. I have NEVER had a mechanic show me the part he took out, what it does and why my car was doing what it was doing. That is the value you get when you go to Made in Japan. I have recommended all my family and friends in the area to Michael. Hes awesome and so is the way he runs his shop.

I was visiting in Georgia from Texas when my left axle on my car broke. I was stuck in the middle of a very busy street. A nice couple walking by helped push my car onto a side street. Now what??? Out of state and stuck. My daughter started checking on her phone for a repair shop. This one had excellent reviews, so I thought "OK, lets call them". I spoke to Michael who referred me to a wrecker service. Called them........he was there 15 minutes later and towed us to the shop. Michael had my car up in the air as soon as is came of the wrecker. The wonderful wrecker driver gave us a ride back to our motel. 10 minutes later Michael called. My left axle is broken. Told him to fix it......he stated he already ordered it. An hour later he called and stated I can drive back home, everything is fixed. Now came the big question "How much??". He told my the price and I did not feel ripped off. What a wonderful shop. MICHAEL IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Thief The towe company told me he does Mercedes and range rover there I believed him. When I went there no car of that nature was there. I guess he was getting something from him. Battery cost was 250 dollar he charged me 452.dollar. for his hand other 200 dollar. I called range rover they told me it will cost me with everything 350 to 400 dollar. I paid 650 dollar for this guy. I felt like he robbed me. Thief thief. Do not go there. Ck for his price before you let him touch your car. I am fine take it to range rover to make sure things are done right. He is a kruke

Get there at 1 and left at 5 to get my outer rod end change. Charge reasonable price. The worse thing is the guy who delievered wrong parts twice and did not even apologized for that and he was.really rude. The last time deliever part took more than an hour, which the guy said he will be back in 10 mins. It screwed up my plan and has been waiting for 4 hours. Just want to say to Michael, you are ruining your business if you keep working with those partner. You do not really value your customers time.

Ive been going to Mr. Michaels shop for the past couple of years. Hes always been polite, pleasant, and honest with his diagnostics. Whether the job was minor or major, he was always straightforward with what needed to be done. Ive already recommended him to friends and family, and would recommend him to you as well.

I love coming here for ANYTHING dealing with my car. He doesnt take long at all I came here for my brakes and something else I cant remember but he also fixed my door which wouldnt open at all. Michael is great, I love this business and I wont go to anybody but him for my car needs.
