Extremely disappointed. Did their "superior" oil change. Comes with tire rotation and check of all fluids, brakes an so on. After looking at my car they tell me it needs all this work... car ran geat when I took in. Go to leave, the car starts shaking violently. I turn around and take it back to them. They tell me it must be rust in the drum. Or a tire off balanced. Give it some time. Gave it a week. Got worse to the point it wouldn't stop. Take the tire off myself, and the bolts were missing out of my caliper..... it was just sitting on my rotor. Bouncing between rotor and rim. The rims bored out. Calipers grinded. I call them. And there mechanic bo tells me they didn't do it. It wasn't them. I must have had loose bolts previous too this. Now to me those chances are unlikely. Especially since I've never had that issue. But even though, there's no possible way that happened, just going with that logic alone, my service came with a brake inspection..... Appearanty somebody didn't inspect those "previous loose bolts". They refuse to refund the money. Or even accept the blame. I paid for a service they didn't do. And i personally, am lucky that family wasn't injured as a result.

Called to get a quote for a new muffler and tailpipe on my 2011 Nissan Titan. I was quoted a price of $189-$229 from Doyle. When I arrived to my scheduled appointment, They said they didnt realize my truck took a 2 in 1 out muffler. I was told they didnt have the muffler in stock and the price is now $429. I drove from Cincinnati to Franklin to be told they dont have the muffler in stock and oh by the way the price is $429. Terrible service. They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Ended up down the street at a competitor who installed the same product much cheaper...BEWARE!

I would recommend this place to anyone for any service. Great price & Great work. I came in needing a whole new exhaust and they quoted me $408. Me being the person I am said "ill find the parts and do it myself" for half the cost. I could not have been more wrong. I called the Top 4 Auto Parts in the area. The parts alone would have cost me $375. All the staff was great but I can personally say working with Doyle was excellent. No BS straight forward type, thats the best to work with.

I had a muffler issue, and was a walk-in client. They got my car in, fixed, and I was on my way within an hour. (It was a simple fix, apparently.) They didnt try to sell me work that didnt necessarily need to be done, at least not right away. They were also affordable. Ill be a returning customer.

BEST SHOP IN THE AREA!! We take our cars here for everything. They have good prices and dont try to screw you over and sell you something you dont need. Plus, weve never had to take our cars back because they messed up the first time. They get it right the first time.

I use Muffler Brothers, Franklin for all my repair work. This is a great location, they do good work, and treat you well. I have used Muffler Brother in Franklin for nearly 20 years. They are the best! I HIGHLY recommend them.

The quality of work was good and done promptly, and the staff was courteous, but the cost was a bit high. I supplied the parts, but the labor cost was nearly double what I paid for similar work from another muffler shop.
