ININITIALY GAVE TANNER AUTO A 5 STAR REVIEW!!! NOT AFTER THIS WEEK. MY CAR WAS MAKING A REAR CLUNKING NOISE. I TOOK IT TO A MECHANIC NOT IN ADRIAN, THEY TOLD ME I HAD A BROKE SHOCK MOUNT!!! THEY TOLD ME IT IS STANDARD ON OLDER CARS TO CHANGE THEM WHEN THEY CHANGE THE SHOCKS. OH NO TANNERS SAID NOT IF THEY DIDNT SEE A PROBLEM AN WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER 95.00 TO FIX THEM. WELL I HAD THEM FIXED HERE IN WATERFORD FOR THE SAME PRICE AND THEY ALSO SAID THAT TANNERS HAD TO KNOW THEY WERE BAD BECAUSE THERE WAS A NEW BUSHING ON IT!!! I ASKED THEM TO TELL ME EVERYTHING I NEED TO DO TO MY CAR, THEY MISSED ONE VERY IMPORTANT PROBLEM I HAVE A BROKEN MOTOR MOUNT. I CALLED THEM AN THEY SAID THEY HAVE GOTTEN RID OF A FEW PEOPLE SO IT WAS PROBABLY ONE OF THEM AN WAIT FOR IT..... ONE OF THE SHOCKS WAS ON BACKWARDS AN THE LITTLE AIRHOSE WAS STRETCHED AROUND TO THE FRONT, GET IT TOGETHER TANNER AUTO.........

I own a carpet cleaning company out of Tecumseh I take my wotk vehicle here and my personal vehicle here. Tanners is a very honest an reliable company. I always get advice from them if I have any issues with any of my vehicles. I will be coming here from now on. I took my personal vehicle here before a road trip to Houston and they told me everything was tight and safe with my vehicle. I drove the vehicle to Houston with not a problem. thats what I call an honest company. You dont see too many of them anymore businesses like this nowadays. thank you very much tanners

Love Blake there at tanner. Used to deliver parts to him and even then was a good guy. He is the only one in town who knows his cars inside and out in my opinion. He wont rip you like other unmentioned mechanics in town. He is usually scheduled pretty far out but is to be expected of such a great mechanic .

Went here for the first time today due to a blown tail light. Everyone that was working there were complete gentlemen. I was in and out of there in less then 15 minutes and they didnt charge me a thing! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
