I went today to get my car fixed as it has been over heating, I want to write a totally positive review however, after the price drop from 600 to 400. which was great and im very grateful so thank you, I seem to think being a repeat customer maybe should has started there.....at any rate I was told the fan was the issue in putting a hole in radiator, and that was going to be another over 300. because they could not get just a bracket to hold the fan away from it, had to purchase the whole part, well on my trip HOME, LITERALLY JUST HOME THE FAN PUT A HOLE IN IT AGAIN!!!!! I would like to believe if it was that bad they would not have let me even leave the lot, my dear friend who is a certified mechanic said and has done the work all ready that a bracket is NOT that much of an ordeal as in 15 min. he had it mounted professionally and hopefully this hole wont ruin my car. I am just a bit upset that i live in South Lebanon and went from Mainville to home and have this issue after spending the amount of money and time it may have all just been a wash, I just can not understand why if it was this bad they did not stress more and how the simple bracket was put on in my driveway they could not do for less than 300. I hope in the future this will be a helpful tool to maybe save others the headache and financial burdens of what i am now dealing with, almost want to be mad but I have to admit the mechanic was nice and the work he did do was very good, I give credit where credit is due and he earned that. Again im just upset that the less than 5 mile drive home may have put me no better off than before i had work done, I truly feel that this could have been avoided and NOT at such a cost. I never wish bad upon any soul so I must stress this is by no means my intentions now, please know this I am grateful to the skill and professionalism of Chad, just really feel could have been avoided. God bless and keep all safe driving your cars and trucks its a cruel cold world out there at times lets all work together even when things are bad to try and at least be diplomatic and kind, and I understand no one is perfect, will i return, I will have to pray and think on it as im hoping this hole wont be my financial demise.

Most unprofessional and unqualified manager I have ever met. The mechanics at this location lost the key for the security lug nuts on my rims so I had to drive to the VW dealership to get a new key with new security lug nuts ( Midas paid for them ) The dealership offered to remove the old security lug nuts ( because they have a set with all the unique keys ) but the manager at Midas said "he wanted to save money and his guys will remove them" so I drove back to Midas and after 45 mints of them struggling the manager tells not only that they cant remove them but that they have a socket piece stuck on the nut because they were trying to "beat in on there and force it off" and said that i have to go back to VW and have them remove it... i checked the rim and sure enough there is damage to it from them trying to "beat it on there and force it off" and he tells me that its not working because it appears its designed not to be taken off without that special key... at witch point i had to remind him that that is the whole purpose of a security lug nut!!! So I called the 1800 number and opened a complaint against him and the way he handled the whole situation and decided to give him a call and let him know about it and how frustrated I was with his poor management skill and decisions after which he asked me what I was trying to get out of this phone call !!!??? So I told him that ideally i would like my rim repaired and for him to receive some training on his management skills after which he told me "my management skills are fine" and hung up on me hahahahha and that further proves that he needs an evaluation and some training on how to deal with customers who are not happy with his and his teams services! The managers name is Scott Midas may be the best place in the world for your car needs but this location definitely isnt!

Hi All, First I want to apologize that I have to give a bad review about this place. i did a diagnostic check of my car in ORailly and they told that one of the O2 cylinder is not working. I went to Midas as I saw a good rating about the plave in google. but my perception totally changed when I arrived there. they did a diagnostic check there and told me it is not about the O2 sensor. rather than it is a issue with Reman Throttle Body. and gave me an estimate of 866 dollar where 600 dollar is the parts price. (I checked online, the parts price is actually 200 dollar around. ) I requested one of the technician that what will happen if I dont change this now? that technician who actually worked on the diagnostics part told that my O2 sensor is not working. I charged the first person that why he is telling about Throttle body then? he started fumbling and gave a wrong justification of his misguidance. My car was a pretty old one. So I cam back to get a 2nd opinion. Today I went to ORailly again and then went to Goodyear car service which is also pretty big. they told that the code is erased by Midas people and now there is no code showing in the car. everything is fine apparently. I am pretty sure that there is something wrong with Midas because they erased the code so that I can not check what was the issue later on and pay them to fix what they were observed. Please please take 2nd opinion always when you are going to this Midas location as they will misguide you.

Took my van ("The Bus")to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up Chad said if the "low tire pressure" warning and the exclamation warning light didnt go off to bring the van back and they would manually reset them. I laughed and told Chad the sensor was broken and the lights have been on constantly for over 5 years. Ive had it looked at several times (even by tire "experts") and no one has ever been able to turn them off. He told me if it was broken it would be flashing not a solid light. So I left and of course the warning lights never went off. I took it back to Chad at Midas and said (with much smugness) "Okay Chad, see if you guys can turn off the "low tire pressure" warning lights!" Chad sent his expert Matt to look at it. He had his fancy computer tool which didnt help or reset the warning lights. So he then he had me manually do some voodoo magic like step on the brake, turn the ignition three times step on the brake, repeat....Lo and behold it worked!!! Super impressed with both Chad and Matt. It almost feels odd to be driving my big 12 passenger van without any warning lights and beeps telling me I have low tire pressure. The dashboard is eerily blank and quiet while I drive...now if only I could get the kids to be blank and quiet...
