I truly and honestly recommend upscale auto repair to any and everyone for your vehicle needs and repairs.mr.& mrs.whorter are some very very honest and nice people.the reason I say this is because at one point I was having some car troubles I went to 4 different mechanic shops one told me that it was my head gasket the second one told me that it was a fuel filter the third one told me it was the motor mounts and the fourth one told me that it was a shortage of some wires that kept making my car cut off.then I goes to autozone to buy some parts for some of the problems that I was having with my vehicle and the man saw how fustrated I was mr.mark said ms.williams take your car to mr.julian so mark gave me the directions to highway 42 and there I was at the shop.mr & mrs whorter was there I said could u please help me with my car because I have taken it to 4 different places and Im wasting money and nobody knows whats wrong with my car mr.j said ok we are going to help u and fix the problem just relax and calm down they offered me all types of snacks while waiting to see what the problem was with the car.mr.j takes the car into the shop and he wasnt in the back for not even 10 minutes and he found the problem.but remember in the beginning I went to 4 different shops and got ripped off because no one could find out the problem ,but mr.j did but in the end I left with no worries and very happy with my vehicle fixed and he gained another loyal customer because they are very very very honest people and they have the best repair prices.thats why I love upscale auto repair.so dont let your car stress you or get u gray hair just drive on down to upscale auto repair for all of your vehicle needs.

This place is THE BEST!!!! As long as I live in Georgia, I will never go to another mechanic. Not only are they top of the line mechanics, but the reception is warm and welcoming without sacrificing professionalism. You dont have to look any further for a mechanic. Just go straight to Hwy 42 in Locust Grove and skip the dishonest, money grubbing, dirty repair shops. I had a 99 Buick Century that was overheating due to more than one leak close to the radiator and on the coolant tank. Upscale completed the repair in a timely manner without it costing me an arm and a leg. The problem never resurfaced!!! Not long ago my Ford Freestar wasnt shifting into gear properly, sometimes it wouldnt shift at all! Naturally, it was Upscale to the rescue!!! They got the parts and the repair done in the same day. These people are truely gifted at what they do. Shanna manages the office and makes you feel at home while you wait and Julian knows cars inside and out. I use them for all of my automotive needs. From oil changes to transmission repair, you need not look any further!

Our car broke down on the way from Nashville to Florida on vacation. It is never fun when your car breaks down on the way to vacation, but the staff at UpScale was incredible to say the least. They were very kind and helpful. Also, the price to fix the car was extremely reasonable. They are very detailed in their work and when the first part wasnt good enough, instead of just leaving it and sending us on your way, they made sure to get us a part that was great. I wish they were located in Nashville!

While traveling thru north Georgia, we had an auto emergency at 5pm on a friday. Not only did Shanna and Julian stay until 9 pm repairing our vehicle, the provided impeccable customer service. Ive never been treated so kindly in a place of business. I feel like Ive made friends for life and I HIGHLY recommend their shop! Had to replace a catalytic converter for my Nissan Altima. I was quoted twice as much from the dealership and another repair shop. Took it in to Upscale and Julian completed the job quickly and for about half the price. He did a great job! I highly recommend them for the good and honest pricing for repairs. They are the nicest people you can meet.

This is the place to go for auto repair. We had some friends tell us about this shop and are so glad they did. Weve taken both of our vehicles in for several different things over the past year. The service is incredibly fast, well done and the best price in the area. The owner remembers us when we come in and is always very friendly and honest.

If I could put ten stars I would Mr. Julian is the most honest mechanic around and the prices are very affordable. Dont hesitate to go here! This is my one and only option. You wont find a mechanic more concerned about the customers then him. This is truly a great establishment. I really appreciate him and his wife a lot.
