I went in to get an oil change and ended up needing a tune up and brakes. I purchsed the warranty on the brake pads. Three weeks later my vehicle started to squealing and squeaking so I returned back to have it inspected. The worker drove my vehicle and said he didnt hear anything. Without trying to figure out what it could be they sent me on the road. After a week I returned because the noise didnt cease. The manager, Stuart, personally inspected my vehicle and said that he would machine the brakes. He said that he had to call to get the machine in and he would call me back. He never called me back. In the meantime, be mindful I just had my breaks done 4 weeks ago so it could not have been the brakes. If the suggestion was to resurface the rotary plates, they had to be able to be put on the machine and not so thin or worn down otherwise they would have suggested I get new ones right? I now have to get new brakes and rotars in less than 9 months time. The manager is saying its normal wear and tear but brakes are not needed to be changed every 9 months. I feel as though the workers could have and should have caught the problem prior to it getting this bad instead of giving me the run around and not taking my car care seriously as they do the money I spend on over priced labor and cheap parts. The reason a person comes to an auto place is because they want expert advise on their prized possession with safety precaution above anything. I felt neglected and as if they didnt do a thorough inspection. I do not recommend this facility for your car care services. You will spend more money than necessary.

First off. The service was good when I first went to initially get the wiring fixed. So, the manager Sean said everything was fine. I drove my car with no worries. Then the check engine light came on and gave off 27 codes. So I called and the manager and he said that I needed o2 sensors. I went out and bought the o2 sensors and had them installed. The check engine light got reset and like 24 miles it came back on. So I took the car back up there and he assured me the wires were good o2 sensors were good. I said ok then proceeded to drive the car. Check engine light comes back on. This time its for a catalytic converter. Which was odd because I recently got it replaced. So I took it to my mechanic. My mechanic said this is where your problem is. Ill be damned the wires that I paid to get fixed by precision werent even fixed!!!! They were just dangling. Luckily the check engine light came on otherwise I wouldnt have known. My car couldve caught on fire due to the lack of precision employees care. I took the car back and the manager worked on the car. I asked him to be compensated for the inconvenience and he instantly caught an attitude and said "Im not giving you your money back". I will be calling corporate and getting a lawyer

Lets start at my original quote to get something done. I was quoted a price of $309 for a specific repair job about 2 weeks ago ($210 for the part, $99 for labor). Okay, thats fine. I didnt have the money at the time. As a curious person, I go to Autozone and find the same part $120 cheaper. Now, I understand that places mark up their prices; however, that substantial of a mark up is absurd. So I purchase it and attempt to go to them for the labor. $99 for labor isnt a bad deal at all. Upon making that decision the following happens: First, my fiance was hung up on twice while trying to call about a quote for a repair on my car, in the middle of him talking. Then, I call and finally get a quote of one set price. I asked the young woman if I could bring the car in right then, and she informed me that it wouldnt be a good time to come tomorrow morning first thing. I show up first thing the next morning, I am there just as they open, and am told the quote has gone up because that was "yesterdays price." No, I attempted to come to you "yesterday" BUT I was told not to and to come first thing this morning. What a sham!

Went in for a routine oil change a couple of hours before my trip to Houston for the Super Bowl. About 10 mins later service technicians comes to me and says your transmission fluid needs changing.I said cool change it.After traveling to downtown Atlanta car starts jerking smoke comes in to the car.I called to let the manager know what was going on he says drive back out here and let me see what is going on in decline. I wanted to take it to the Dodge dealership so I did that. The cause of the jerking was 6 quarts to much transmission fluid O2 sensor got and # 1 spark plug got soaked with transmission fluid had to replace those items. Also missed a 1 day hotel because It took all of Friday to fix the problem.Called back let him know Randy said Ill take care of the expenses just bring me the receipt which I did.Get a call from Randy today saying hes only going to cover the dealership draining the 6 quarts of transmission fluid out which was 58 dollars and some change.Bullshit dont do business with this company period.Going another route to get my money back.

Not sure what PTAC is talking about. I called their headquarters in VA to make sure and YES! They were still franchised. My visit was a break service. Issues due to wear and tear...some additional issues made due to my inability to get it serviced sooner. Pros: Friendly -I felt welcomed and treated with respect. The guy working the front made a good first impression. (And we all know how the first person you meet at biz can make or break the visit). They showed me the problems that I knew were there--I didnt feel they were trying to sell more than I needed. I found the staff trustworthy and experienced. Patient when answering questions. Didnt keep me waiting. Even with 4 or 5 additional customers -- they had enough staff to adequately move things along. Cons: I always think all things automotive can be less expensive. Although I was given a small discount from the original estimate, it was hard for me to stomach. Hope this review helps--my final answer is: Recommend.

Walked in at 3:45 not knowing they close at 4 but still yet they werent closed....Asked the prices for oil changes. "Starts at $19.90 but it depends on what type of package you want." Me: "ok well I want the $19.90 package!" All excited thinking that was a good price..."Well we cant now were closed. We close at 4" Checks my phone...it says 3:48..Me: "You guys arent closed...the Door is unlocked and its not even 4 yet." "We are closed oil changes take 30 minutes." Smh idk if this is a character flaw on my end but I think thats the dumbest thing Ive ever heard and I made sure to relay that to them! You pick and choose what you you want to work on..if that was the case your door shouldve been locked at 3:30 and you shouldve relayed the "were closed" message as soon as I walked in asking about oil changes..smh isnt my first rude experience with these guys just thought Id give them another chance...never again!! Rude! And have not a lick of customer service!!
