I went late April 2017 to get an oil change and have my AC fixed. I was told that they would empty the coolant in the system and replace it, including a dye that would help them identify leaks, for $150; I agreed. After waiting for about 2 hours, an employee said they were unable to determine the problem with the AC and asked if I was willing to wait an extra hour for them to continue diagnosing. (They didnt mention this would cost me $97.) after another hour, they determined they could get the compressor to start "kicking," and they could get the fan to work, but not both at the same time. I was told this was evidence that the switch was faulty. I agreed to have the switch replaced. I was assured that their electrical technician was "really good." After another hour, someone graciously let me use their vehicle while they continued working. Another hour later I drove back to the shop. (They didnt call to indicate work was done; I was interested in their progress). They told me that it was in fact the compressor that was faulty. I said I was not interested in leaving my car there for any longer, at which point I was told that they still had to do the oil change. Thirty minutes later when I got the bill, I was charged $330, $30 dollars of which was to replace an AC valve kit, which I neither asked for nor was asked about; they did this on their own accord. My AC still doesnt work, but I paid for a new valve kit, coolant, and a technician to diagnose the problem. Very disappointed.

Terrible service with a capital T...had to bring my vehicle in twice to get the vehicle fixed. It should have been fixed the first time after spending 2300.00$. It is hard to find a reliable mechanic/shop that takes pride in their work and has appropriate quality control that makes sure the work is done right the first time. They dont care if it inconveniences you! First choice Auto should be your Last Choice! I highly do not recommend this company and YES they do Price Gouge!! Stay away from this place! I will never be back and I hope you will seriously think about finding a ma and pa shop that depends on your business with word of mouth and their dedication to their work. God bless!

4k for a transmission. Price gouging like crazy. Did an oil change with them and came back with 3k worth of work that unnecessarily needed to be done. Do not go here go to Christian Brothers and save you hard earned money and time. Please. I cant stand this place. They should go out of business.

Traveling from out of state, came in with what I feared was a very serious problem. They checked it over completely, found the problem was not sever at all and had me fixed and done in about an hour. Price was fantastic. Front desk lady was very nice and my kids loved her. Great place!

Its worst service Ive ever visit! I left my truck to swap manifold and went to vacation. They did estimate for 900. In two days they called and told it will be 1200. When I picked up the truck, amount was 2300. Unfortunately I have no time for judge. Avoid this place, there is fraudsters!

Was told a part was bad on my car they tried to charge over $300.00 for a $120.00 part then it didnt even fix the problem after I paid $170.00 for them to install the part !!!
