Terrible experience. I went to get my light bulbs changed. The associate said he would come help me with my headlights bulbs. I waited for about 15 minutes. Then a mechanic comes and is under the hood of my car. I then realized that the mechanic was called by the associate. The mechanic did nothing but was talking about payments. I told the associate that I just wanted the bulbs, Ill change it myself. He tells me to come back in 20 min. By then it was 30 minutes. I asked for a manager. The associate said the manager was gone. I felt that the associate wanted to take advantage of me being a woman. All I needed were bulbs. I literally could have put then on myself. The associates behavior was odd. He immediately got in his car and left without helping me.

Complete ignorance is what I received visiting this place. Asked a question a very simple question and received the wrong information. Glad that i know about cars. I asked about 3 people at this location about power steering fluid only to be given the wrong thing! I made sure that I did my research because Im not used to dealing with Mazda. But I decided to ask if they knew the correct fluid i needed at this location because it was on my way home and I will never purchase any major or minor parts for my car here! Clearly no one knows anything about cars and their system needs a update asao!

The employees are very uneducated about there product. Also with a line of six people waiting for help and 4 employees on in the clock there was only 1 employee helping customers while the others were in plain sight on their cell phone for obvious personal reasons.

This place has excellent customer service. I needed a part after 9Pmn fortunately they are open til 10Pm. Prices comparable to internet prices, only with the convenience of picking up same day.
