My salon and I have always enjoyed eating at Chick-fil-A. Today we had made an order for 4 people and one person didnt get the correct sandwich they had ordered. before we had a chance to call the restaurant about the mix up, one of the employees had taken it upon her self do drive all the way from the restaurant to bring us the correct sandwich! We couldnt believe that they had immediately fixed the problem before we even had a chance to complain. Chick-fil-A is the perfect example of FIVE STAR quality service! <3 <3

If Jimmy Johns is freaky fast with their sandwiches, Chick-fil-A is equally as fast for their chicken! Its amazing how my food is already done being prepared shortly after I just paid. I had not even found my see yet when they called my name and handed me my tray. Im not sure how Chick-fil-A is so quick and efficient, but theyre doing something right to knock out a huge line of people in a matter of minutes.

Quick fast food service with a smile. I dont know how they do it some days. They pump out cars through the drive thru all day long. Chick-fil-a always has the best customer service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your visit, they make it right on the spot. They really should offer training for staff of other nearby businesses on how to make a good impression.

They are always busy and youll almost always wait in the drive through around lunch time, but once youve had their food youll happily wait everytime. There is a good reason there is no line at McDonalds across the street and the Chick-fil-A line is wrapped around the building. The food is always good, and the service is always friendly!

Worst possible service ever!!!!! Visiting from MI, I asked for a spicy filet plain. What I received was a burnt chicken filet sandwich on a bun that was also inedible. I will never eat here again. But what does that matter?!!! Apparently, there is no consideration given for special orders. A burnt chicken breast!!!! Really!!!!!

This was a very bad experience for me. I ordered the chicken tenders only to find that they were very soggy and not at all crispy. The waffle fries were also lacking in salt. I had never been to a Chick-fil-A before this, and my first impressions were far from satisfactory. 2/5 Stars.

The owner-operator has a great deal of pride and commitment in his restaurant and community. The staff is always friendly and helpful when needed. Theyre also not afraid to break out their cow to entertain customers as well. Most importantly, the food is always fresh and delish.

Chick-fil-A is the definition of service. The employees are friendly, well trained, and make you feel welcome. The service is fast once you get past the full parking lot to order. And the food is very tasty and reasonably priced. Just wish there was one closer to my house.

We yankees arent too familiar with this restaurant but our southern friends raved about it so we tried it. It was just so-so, our order was to go, and they didnt provide our dipping sauces, and the sandwiches were just OK, nothing special.

Love their chicken sandwich! It comes plain with two pickles; you have to ask for mayo or ketchup, if you go through the drive-thru I tried the southwest chicken salad and its good, as well. Note: Not low salt or low calorie food.

We stopped here on our way back to michigan form a vacation in South Carolina. There was a long line but the service was quick and we had our food within 8 minutes after ordering. The staff was extremely friendly as well

The chicken was fresh crispy and hot! The staff was clean and friendly. My nephew enjoyed the playland and my girlfriend loved her meal as well. The place was clean along with the bathrooms.

Grilled Chicken Club was really good, couldnt even tell it was fast food. Waffle fries were kind of disappointing, but thats a matter of preference, I prefer natural cut fries.
