Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I walked in and the staff approached me respectfully. Within 5 minutes I felt like I was buying something from a family member or friend. My wife and I loved the job they did, we had standard Formica countertops and with the help from Universal we got the kitchen of our dreams. You gotta check out the place the manager gave us a tour of the shop, showed us the granite slab they were using for my home and Im completly satisfied with the installation. Went to Universal for a second quote after receiving a quote from Cutting Edge. Quote was 20 plus percent lower. Installation went as planned and the product is superb. Their team of employees were very professional and helpful during the purchase and installation. Dont buy somewhere else before checking with Universal.
