started in early February, right before Valentines Day. Your first day is going to be hard, be mentally prepared! I had been working out and running regularly and the first day was hard for me. But after the first class was over I was amazed on how great I felt! I felt like anything I did before to work out, I was doing it all wrong. I became a full member right after that first class. Some may think a membership is expensive but I dont think this at all. How I personally feel is that the instructors are like having a personal trainer. So if you figure that you have a gym pass someplace else and then hire a personal trainer at that gym, your going to be paying the same amount or even more each month compared to what the membership is at ilovekickboxing. Also at ilovekickboxing you can go to as many class as you want each week or each day as a full member, but if you had a personal trainer at another gym, you have to schedule what days you want to meet with them. The more you meet with a trainer, the more you pay at another gym. As well as when I look back on when I was going to a gym, I was just going through the motions on the treadmill, bikes, etc. I didnt do it correctly. But at ilovekickboxing Perrysburg, you dont have to worry about kickboxing incorrectly as they will correct you if you are doing it wrong and show you the correct way from day 1. I would highly recommend ilovekickboxing! The trainers are awesome!!! They are very encouraging, inspirational, and motivating! I received an card last week in the mail from them just letting me know that I am making progress and they can see it! I just love that, as no gym has done that ever for me before. Best customer service ever!!! Thanks Shelley, Beth, Jessica, Liz, Brian, Claire, and Brittany; you guys are awesome!!! From day 1 had had a few goals, be able to push ups on my toes, tone my body, and attend class 3 days a week. I have achieved all of those goals and its already the last day in May!!! I attend on average 3-4 days a week and wouldnt want it any other way because then you dont have time to get sore. I go to class Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday; and Sunday is my day I go running. I am in my mid 20s, do not have children, and work till 8-4:30 during the week, so if you are in my age group and think you dont have time, you do! So come in and check it out and and if you come in during a night class, chances are I will be there, so say hi.

I can only say amazing things about this place! The staff are always so encouraging and helpful. They help break down different skills or exercises to help get the most out of your workout. They always have a new routine every time I go which I love because it doesnt allow you to get bored. I have done many different workouts and had several different gym memberships but this has been the best workout to help kick my butt back into shape! Love it and you should deff check it out!

Youre not just walking into a typical gym for the typical workout....youre meeting people and having fun! Youre building skills, strength and full body workout that gives you a sense of positive outcome. You set you own goals and you have a team of instructors that give you the tools to accomplish them at your own pace! The even better part, you are also getting nutritional and health tips. The team at ILoveKickboxing of Perrysburg are fun, positive and motivating!

I recently joined iLoveKickboxing-Perrysburg and I cannot say enough great things about it. I have a pretty hectic schedule and there is always a class available I can attend. The staff are highly motivating, personable and extremely friendly. The environment is welcoming, the studio is clean- in a beautiful plaza and work outs are incredible, Ive seen more results from joining than years at the gym!! I love iLoveKickboxing- Perrysburg!!!! ILKB is my new favorite hobby! What could be more fun than getting your butt kicked into shape while you get to punch, kick and beat up something?! Its challenging, but it truly improves your strength, flexibility, coordination, and makes you look GREAT! This is a great way to get a unique workout every day and you dont have to plan it! Kickboxing at ILKB Perrysburg has been the best choice I have made in a while! I started my fitness journey in September of 2016 and began kickboxing in January of 2017. Kickboxing has helped me to shed that extra weight I was having trouble with. The environment is absolutely wonderful! Not only are the coaches there to help you, but all of the students support each other! If youre looking for that extra way to workout, ILKB is for you!

Working out in a regular gym or at home doesnt even compare to these kickboxing classes! Totally worth going and have been a part of the classes for over two months and love it. The instructors are very easy to work with and motivate you through the entire class. Going to these classes works on every part of your body and will build muscle and you sweat like crazy, which I enjoy because I know that I have worked hard.

Ive been a member for about 2 months and have been seeing results. The crew at ILKB is positive and focused. They allow each member to work to their own limits without pushing too far. The workouts can be as intense as you can make them! The studio is always well kept and the atmosphere upbeat.
