This daycare is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional daycare ever. Yesterday they left my 6 year old special needs kid at school. And when I called him they told me it was because he was disenrolled. So I asked them how did they dis-enroll my child without discussing this with me and the proceeded to tell me that they put a note in my childs book bag. There was never a note in my childs book bag and I feel this should have been something we discussed face to face. I was furious. They supposedly made this decision based on my 6 year old son who they said gave another kids toy gun to the bus driver. The day this happen they told me they would find out whose toy gun it was but it would take a while and that was it. Which I still have never seen this toy gun that is another childs but they are saying this is the reason they dis-enrolled him. So of course I was furious because I didnt get any notice that my kid could no longer go there so I requested to speak to the director since we never spoke about this and she proceeded to leave me on hold for over an hour. So of course while holding I go pick up my kid. Finally I arrive at the daycare center to get an explanation on what the heck just happen she then refuse to give me any explanation and called the police on me. The officer understood totally why I was furious and thought it was very unnecessary and unprofessional of her to call them to out all because she left my kid at the daycare. He apologized to me that I was going through this and told me that the story was very appalling and I should definitely seek other measures to get this problem resolved because the situation was unethical. In my experience behavior like this from a daycare is unacceptable. They need to lose their licensing for doing anything like this smh.

If I could give a zero I would..... I enrolled my son into Kiddie Academy in Reynoldsburg because they advertised they had accredited educators on staff and my son need help with homework.... needless to say no structure at all every day we went to pick our son up he would be sleeping I had addresses this many times and nothing changed for $250 a month for maybe 1-2 hours only on school days and they let him sleep for all of that he can sleep at home for FREE..... Kids running ramped and the lack of professionalism is just unbelievable.... I would not recommend this Acadamy to no one..... and after trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks now I finally had someone answer to tell me I have to put a 2 week notice in writing to withdraw my son from Nap time.... amazing this place is just a kid mill the more kids the more money with no concern..... and if you have ever visited the Academy in Reynoldsburg is stinks ........ to the point I hate having to go there to pay...... and now they have announced you can only pay with a credit card or the government card for child care .... just one more very unconventional and inconvenient restriction. I will be taking my son back to Bright Beginings at least I know that when my son is there he is being interacted with and not sleeping the whole time......

The best Daycare/Preschool in Columbus. My children have been at Kiddie Academy of Reynoldsburg for over 2 years and they love it. I have a 3 year old and two school agers in two different school districts and they transport both of them. I am looking forward to the start of school knowing my children are safe and that I can spend time on homework because Ms. Carmen has prepared a home cooked meal for them every evening thus instead of cooking for one hour that is time with my children. My preschooler is learning so much and grew while in class with Ms. J. Kiddie Academy of Reynoldsburg has prepared my children for the next level. When you visit ask to speak with Ms. Carol or any of the administrators. Ms. carol just has a way of making all of the kids feel at home. There is lots of love at Kiddie Academy and I would not take my family anywhere else.

My kids LOVE this PLACE!!!!! Kiddie Academy of Reynoldsburg provides excellent care to my four children and I have benefited from the benevolence of the staff and leadership. When my mother was ill they provided my family with gifts of love and care to let us know they were thinking of us. The hands on educational experiences my kids take part in are exceptional. The teachers and staff are very caring and I even see the cook going above and beyond for things like holidays. My kids are in four different classrooms and they have excellent resources (computers, sensory items, natural items and various early learning supplies). When I toured other centers by comparison I found this center to be very clean and the staff extremely professional.Kiddie Academy is a God Send to the Reynoldsburg community.

My children returned to the center late from their school over a hour a couple times, then my children wasnt feed for dinner . It had been brought to the staffs attention that they were skipped but later the staff member lied when asked by the Director about this , Staff was rude , Men are in the classroom w toddlers w no female staff present. A 3rd party was told I had a balance after 3 months when I had no prior notice from a error in title 20 . This is the only daycare in my area that had 3 openings and did transportation for my children school. Other daycare in the area have horrible stories from other parents. Be careful using Kiddie Academy. This is a modern day Kiddie mill (puppy mill)

This is the most unprofessional, dangerous child care place. My children went here two weeks for before school care. My daughter told me they REUSE the milk for cereal so they wouldnt eat there. I saw staf yelling at children, the final straw my son was kicked in the face by a boy, that according to the bus driver, should have been suspended already! The cowardly directors never returned my calls or even gave an incident report! I cannot believe its still open!? Dont send your young people to this disaster of a daycare.

Horrible Experience! If I could give zero stars I would! They let strangers pick up kids without written consent, their communication is awful and its jammed packed with kids, they do none of the educational things their brochures say! I walked in and my 4th grader was in a class and rap music was playing and kids were teaching them inappropriate dance moves. This center is a joke and only profitable because of the lack of additional daycares in the area. Dont waste your money! #aparentthatcares

I just called this place to get weekly rates....they dont give prices out over the phone! You have to go in and take a tour...hmmm ok so I have to waste my gas to go take a tour...if the price isnt right for me then Ive wasted my time. I told the lady that so she then asked me what "my range" was!! What!!! Either you have a weekly price or you dont...so now Im curious as to what they charge people...so if I said my range was $0-$50...its that what I pay?? Sounds very shady to me.
