Helpful and friendly staff, always. Movies are priced well and in my opinion it beats Netflix knowing I can get a new release as soon as its out. Not that much more either when you factor in how Netflix will throttle your account if you over use..

You can rent game consoles and games. They have normal dvd and Blu-ray rentals. They have older stuff you would expect from a video store like: Classics, horror, kiddie. New videos show up here months before Netflix.

Good prices and 3-5 rentals is plenty of time. Big store and great selection. Just waiting on the "girls of family video calander" the employees are all so pretty.

Staff is always super friendly and the free kids movies are great! I never take Redbox back on time - so nice to have the 5 day option at Family Video.

Although a movie store is an outdated idea my son loves going here and getting a movie. The prices are better than Redbox especially on older movies.
