Frequent this movie store quite often and it seems like every other time we rent here the disc is not able to be read said something to the staff before the said they will clean the disk every time to make sure it does not happen again still continues to happen I have change DVD players not once but twice in my house to make sure that was not the issue this problem keeps occurring staff is friendly but the store is always understaffed very frustrating.
