I went into this store for the first time today. I went to the desk to sign up for a membership. The manager was very rude and obviously didnt want to be bothered with signing up a new customer. After this ordeal we browsed awhile and selected a video game. We went to check out and the same rude manager told us there is a $10 collateral fee for video games. Nowhere in the store is this info posted or is it on the video game box. It was a very bad experience and I wouldnt recommend this unfriendly store with hidden fees to anyone.

They have all the new movie plus more! Then Redbox! Definitely recommend coming to family video for your movie needs!!! The customer experience is on point! And they care about there customers!! Love it there they even know me by name!!

I like Family Video because the prices are reasonable and they have a window inside to order a pizza fro. Marcos Pizza while you pick out your movies are you can order your pizza online and pick it up along with your movies.
