Great selection of videos and generally the staff is very helpful. Ive rented movies from this store that skipped/had performance issues but the staff quickly credited my account. I like this response to the issue but I wonder if the blu ray is restocked on the shelf with the same issue for the next customer or not. I also had an experience where a movie was rented to another customer and each time I returned the employees told me the customer hadnt returned it. I understand that is out of Family Videos control but at what point do you replace the blu ray? Worst case it eventual shows back up and you have two.
