I had a dilemma with my account, when i went into the store Christina there manager was not only super friendly but she worked diligently and helped me figure everything out. I was blown away by how professional she was and how she created a solution for me as well as my family who are also on the account. Couldnt of had a better experience!

Its ok, but there is a male worker who will talk badly about the customers in front of other customers. Its not good customer service. Also I cant tell you how many times I rented a movie excited to watch it, get partway through the movie, only for it to start skipping
