I was with Kelly Services in Stow for over 1 1/2. I told them when I went in I wanted a temp-hire position. The first day of my first assignment my manager tells me they never hire in my department. Nice way to start off with a new temp company since I turned down a REAL temp to hire position to work for them. They are okay on sending you on assignments if you want to be placed with the company and have no possibility of an end date to your assignment, little to no contact with the temp company and no specific date to which you need to be hired by. I have worked for and with many temporary companies and Kelly Services is by far the worst! If your company tells you not to come in one day and you do not notify the temp company they will count that against YOUR attendance, not investigate with you or the company but just automatically count is against you. They have a screwed up holiday pay system where you have to work the day before and after a holiday, have at least 30 hours in the same week of the holiday (regardless if the company you work for is open that many hours) and so many hours 26 weeks prior to the holiday. If you do not have ALL of the things I listed above then you WILL NOT get paid for a holiday. I will never go through another Kelly Services and especially not the office located in Stow- they are very unprofessional, unfriendly and definitely not helpful before or after you start an assignment!

This is, by FAR, the absolute WORST temp agency. Period. All they did was LIE to me left & right JUST to get a position filled that nobody else wanted. It was a truly horrible experience! I worked with Kelly Services in Southern Maine & they were WONDERFUL! My recruiter, Gil, was the best & always gave me the very best assignments because he saw what an excellent job I did. They would be appalled if they heard about the treatment that I received at this one in Stow, OH. This pit should be shut down! The ONLY reason I even gave it 1 star was because I had to in order to write this review.....DO NOT GO THRU THIS KELLY SERVICES IN STOW, OH!!! Go thru a different location! I dont know if its just the one in Stow or if its an Ohio thing, lol, but just dont even waste your time with this one. Thats for sure!

One terrible lying company. They talk to you like youre dirt and when you dont agree they get rid of you and black ball you. People there are nasty.
