Staff seems friendly at first, but dont let them fool you. This office does not care at all about any of their staff. The only thing they care about is their bottom line. The staff do not respond to any attempts at communication or follow-up... and have ignored multiple emails and phone calls/messages (and all this after giving me a card and telling me they would stay in touch and that I could do the same. They placed me with a Client (that was less than desirable), and because of some issues that were outside of my ability to control, my assignment there was ended. I went back to this Remedy office to get a new placement, and they submitted (supposedly) my application to another local business. I never received another word about it, even after they said they would follow-up with me, and still have not responded to any of my attempts at communication. I have even followed-up multiple times about other potential placements with other Clients... to no avail. I have been tempted to go back to their office in person, but if they can not return a call or email, I no longer have any faith in their staff and no longer wish to work for people who could care less about me as an employee. This office is highly unprofessional and not helpful at putting people to work. Go elsewhere for work. Dont waste your time with the staff at Remedy.

I wasted time here. I did all of the steps and orientation for the job, then when its time for a second interview, the HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL of a site manager denied me a job because she ASSUMED that I wouldnt be able to work the hours listed for the position just because Im a school student and when I tried to reassure her because I HAVE PLENTY OF EXPERIENCE with working late while being at school, she tells me that she has to look out for her job as if her secured job is ever on the line! You dont know any applicants on a personal level, so who gave you the right to ASSUME anything about someone offering their valuable time to you???!! I will never recommend this agency to anyone. They are the OPPOSITE of "intelligent". Were out here looking for jobs while you have one, unprofessional behavior is NEVER cute but I guess thats what it takes to be a manager, right??

Esta compañia aqui en jacksonville es de mucha ayuda a todo el que quiera buscar trabajo, en lo personal me gustaria q hubieran mas opciones, en ocaciones las ofertas de trabajo se reducen a warehause pero aun asi nunca te quedas sin trabajo q a mi modo de ver es lo mas importante

I only rated 3 stars because yesterday was the 1st time I went to Remedy, I just moved here from Ga. But I was able to do orientation and get interviewed the same day with a wait of like an hr in a half which I think is reasonable, I havent got a call back yet but I understand Ill have to wait until they receive my background check and drug test results which I was told should only take a day or 2 but the staff there were friendly and helpful, and hopefully Ill get a call back sometime this week.

Sara and her staff are simply amazing. They found me my dream job and kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly. They really care about the well being of both the companies they recruit for, as well as the people who they hire. You cant find a nicer group of people who are honest, trustworthy and respectful. You cant ask more than that from a recruiter!

This place has work most of the time but sometimes they dont always have what your looking for but I will say that they try to place you as soon as they have work. Contacting them by phone is a pain in the but and its best to just show up if you really want work. Overall the staff is helpful and friendly.

They rarely answer the phone, then when you make the drive out there you often leave with but a maybe. Sometimes they talk to you like a child. Its either they need more people working there so they can answer the phones and see people in a timely manner. Its almost an all day process with them.

These guys are awesome! They really helped me after losing my job a month ago. It seems like they have a lot of warehouse jobs to offer, but the staff is friendly and helpful. I have never used a staffing agency before when looking for jobs, but I would definitely recommend them!

Theyre a waste of time and gas. I had a few interviews with them. My girlfriend has missed work because of the staff. Every interview I was told "Youre not allowed to work with us. Well send you an email and letter why." Still being bother by them. The staff has relax brains.

I was very satisfied up until they decided to let me go for pointing out the WRONG amount on my bonus check. Now I will NEVER buy from Coach again or NEVER recommend Remendy. They are a blight on America, workers and companies who use them. STAY AWAY!

Ill never understand how i didnt meet the qualification for a staffing agency the gag is i have more work experience than the job i applied for expected. The eoc should really look into this place, discrimination at its worst
