Working for Aerotek has been a very positive experience for me. When I was laid off from my previous job, I was worried about finding a new one in as short a time period as possible. I had worked for Aerotek in the past with excellent results so I decided to call them first. My first meeting was to access my skill set and to find out all my strengths and weaknesses. I was told at that time that there was nothing in their inventory that I would be a fit for but not to worry as they were placing employees on a regular basis and that they would continue to search for me. About a month went by and I received a call asking if I would consider interviewing with one of their companies. I said yes and was scheduled for a second meeting with Aerotek to go over what was expected of me with this company. They gave me inside information on the company and we went through a mock interview. The Aerotek people did everything possible to get me ready for my interview. My interview with the company went well and the employer was impressed with my understanding of their company. This was all based on the information that Aerotek imparted to me. I received an offer for employment the next day and I accepted it. The people at Aerotek went above and beyond in preparing me for the job and for continuing to search the job market for me. They are very professional in their approach and never give up until you are employed again. I know I made the right choice in choosing them for help.

My experience with Aerotek has been nothing but superb. From day one my appointment with the recruiter Brandon Day went smoothly. I met him on a Thursday, he was friendly upbeat and confident he would find a job for me in the company I had worked in the pass and I so was hoping to work for again. Within less than two weeks Brandon Day called me to arrange an interview with that company. That was on a Tuesday the interview took place on that Thursday to my surprise on the same day of the interview Branson Day called to say the company want to offer me the job. Needless to say I am a huge fan of Aerotek and its employees Tiara Charles and the entire administrative staff were wonderful to me and especially my recruiter Brandon Day. I recently moved to Jacksonville, USA about couple of months and I was seeking for Job in USA as I am Electrical Engineer as I have graduated from India and have experience in the same field. From the help of Nate, I faced the interview and was selected as a candidate in the company which I found Progressive and have a great Future. After a last minute move to a new area, I found myself scrambling for employment with a good company that identified with my work ethic, interests, and goals. I needed a good opportunity financially and would help me grow professionally., Naomi at Aerotek helped find that opportunity considerably fast. She consistently communicated possible opportunities with me as well as took the time to discuss whether they made sense for me personally and if they were in my best interest. Naomi also went above and beyond in helping my interview preparation in compiling a folder of documents that reflected my experience, qualifications, references etc. I was working with other recruiters at that time and had been to many interviews but did not receive the same service she provided. A word of advice for job seekers. AEROTEK is the way to a career!! A day after completing an online application I was contacted by Nathan Halliwell from Aerotek. From the initial phone interview to the formal office interview, to the meeting with a prospective employer, Nathan and Chris McCauley have answered all my question and satisfied my every issue. Good morning, for almost 8 years STRONG, Aerotek KEPT me staffed. With one company, I went permanent, and was offered positions with a few other companies BEFORE my 90 day period was up, but I chose to REMAIN LOYAL to Aerotek. I, unlike MANY of those staffed with me on this project, waited until after my "90 probationary" period was up. Through Aerotek, I accepted the position, which lasted another two years. Over the past two years, Ive submitted resume after resume for positions and havent gotten as much as a confirmation email, in return! At ONE TIME, this company was "GOLDEN"! We as employment seekers are EXTENDING COMMON COURTESY WHEN APPLYING FOR THESE POSITIONS. Should we NOT be extended the SAME COURTESY as an email confirming receipt or notification that the position has been either "filled" (so we waste no time in waiting) or "no longer vacant", or does it not matter since were the "LOWLY UNEMPLOYED SLACKERS"? Believe it or not, I have NOTHING bad to say about the company as a "whole" but please remember "AEROTEK" YOU NEED US JUST AS MUCH AS WE NEED YOU!
