I was very displeased with this company. I worked as a substitute teacher for three months, and I did not receive my paycheck one particular Friday. I could not get in touch with payroll the representatives gave me the run around. Apparently, the payroll team dropped the ball but did not want to put the blame on themselves. I asked to speak with a manager several times, however, they continued to transfer me to the managers voicemail. I spoke with one representative who was very rude and stated, "Do you want to be deactivated," in a rude tone. I like subbing, however, Kelly Services needs to work on paying their subs on time and good customer services skills.

The rudest and most unprofessional agency I have ever talked with. It took me 2 days to contact Linda Harris. 2 days and she never called me back. I finally got her on the phone and she was very rude and cut off a lot of my answers. She even questioned if I truly wanted the job! No, I am just spending thousands of dollars and 4 hours a day at school for the exact career match this job requires. What a rude and incompetent person!

They NEVER give me a call back. I passed the assessment for a call center. Applied to plenty of jobs. They never call back. Went up to the location & asked about jobs the recruiter would not talk to me until I had an appointment but wasnt in an appointment with anybody. I just wanted to let them know what I was interested in. Didnt want to speak to me

Would not recommend. The staff in this office is very rude and condescending, Rosalind in particular, and the company as a whole is only nice when they call you for work. They are also the lowest on the totem pole when it comes to staffing agencies, in terms of professionalism and pay. If you can hold out, look for a job opportunity somewhere else.

Considering that they make (take) a percentage of money from your paycheck, youd think theyd be courteous. No. Theyre rude as can be and barely have any assignments to send people out on. They do not communicate with you and give off attitude for asking pertinent questions. Avoid like the plague.

learn as you go experience, you make it what you want it to be. members call you every morning to assign you to a class for the day. Emails and calls are always sent in case of missing dates on pay stubs or incorrect time. you provide your work ethic and schools will call and recommend you.

It depends on the person you deal with (your Kelly girl) and the place you work at.For example Toyota and Hollie,is enough to make anyone feel worthless,on the other hand Solangee feels like a sister or family member who sincerely cares.

I worked for them. Very hard and sometimes rude to get in touch with. Very little training before unleashing you to teach.I want to substitute/teach and now must work for private schools if I want to work in duval county.

Very difficult to get in contact with. Duval County Public Schools needs to reassess outsourcing their substitute teaching to an employment agency such as Kelly Educational Services.
