I went to Chelsea with overgrown, flat, boring, hair and left with a fabulous, healthy, haircut! I had very little in mind as far as what I wanted done to my hair when I got to my appointment, but I showed Chelsea a few pictures of things that I liked and I basically let her have at it- with no worries at all! Id usually be pretty nervous when doing that, especially because it was my first appointment with her, but I can confidently say that I trusted her and I had no issues at all! Chelsea is so friendly, understanding, and extremely easygoing, which also helped with the process! Im really particular with my hair and always tend to find something wrong the next day when its time for me to style it on my own, but not this time! Its true- Chelsea is a hair goddess! Theres no one else that I would allow to cut my hair from now on! Definitely five stars in my book! Thank you, Chelsea!

Ashley Adams is a Great Salon with excellent customer service ! Ive been a long time client here, and the whole experience is amazing from consultation to service to finish. Sherry has been my longtime (hopefully lifetime) stylist. She is very current on trends, and knows what to recommend so each client looks their best. There is a feeling of genuine caring and pride from the staff here - from receptionist, stylists, apprentices in training and management. They carry many product lines - Matrix, Biolage, Goldwell and more. The recent remodel of the facility provides an upscale, motivating experience.

I called on a whim. I was getting ready to start chemotherapy and decided I was going to chop my shoulder length hair to a pixie cut, but my regular salon didnt have any openings. They scheduled me with Mila that evening and she did a fantastic job! My hair has never been shorter than chin length so I was really nervous, but I love it. She really took her time to make sure it was what I had in mind and that the whole experience was wonderful and relaxing (who knows when Ill have another haircut). Everyone working there was kind and supportive. I know Ill be back when my hair comes back.

I went this past Friday for a pedicure and a shellac manicure. The pedicure was great although the really need to invest in a better massage chair. The manicure was terrible! She got nail polish all over my cuticles, it looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. What really pisses me off is on Saturday the nail polish just fell off!! Ive gotten shellac many many times and I never had it just fall off my nails and to pay all that money for it to last one day! Very disappointed.

Drove all the way from Michigan to Ohio to have Mileh dye my hair. I seen her work online and fell in love! Wouldnt trust my hair with anyone else but her in the future.
