I have thick, Latin hair (Puerto Rico). Previous salons I visited used to nickle and dime me to straighten it. At Ibis, I get the womens haircut and am treated to a spa experience every time I come in. The haircut begins with a scalp and neck massage, then goes on to a very relaxing shampoo (with an arm and hand massage with Aveda brand lotions). The haircut and style I receive are also excellent, and they even do your make-up afterwards. The bill comes to less than half of what I was paying at my previous salon. The staff is courteous and the salon is immaculately clean. I am a very happy customer who is happy to return again and again!

I started going to this salon about a year ago. Emily cut my fine, thinning hair, and I felt and looked like a million bucks! All the stylists are beautiful and so warm and welcoming. Its so calming and serene, spotlessly clean, and smells like the wonderful Aveda products.Every haircut comes with a shampoo, scalp and neck massage, and then hands and arm massage with warm towel wraps. I treated myself to a facial and massage for my birthday, and it was w o n d e r f u l ! My face glowed for days afterward. Id give it 10 stars if I could! Love this place!

I really like this salon. I had a great experience here with my aunt in June. They were very welcoming and hospitable. We got our hair done, together, so we could all chat. I love the water with fresh cucumber, and other sliced fruits available, and Emma gave me the best manicure Ive ever had. The shellac lasted almost 3 weeks! I loved it so much that I went back to get my nails done for the 4 th of July. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

The staff at Ibi did the hair and make-up for my September 25th wedding and did an outstanding job!! There were 10 of us in all and the entire salon handled the group with absolute organization and efficiency. We had a great time and the day was started off right with a wonderful experience at a wonderful salon!! Thanks ladies!

I tried the salon with a referral. The Stylist was no longer there; and I was happy to try another. Mary has been very helpful, informative on the Aveda products and I am very happy with her services. The location is easy to access and I would rate this as an upscale salon. Give it a try!!!
